The hotel need to offer more fun after 11 pm, everything close and has only american music. The best attention was given for Melanie at the bar, always worried about bringing the best experience. Also the hotel should be more careful with the cleaning of the beach and more sun beds in the family concierge area.

Blue Agave restaurant was delightful. Our waitress Adriana was so attentive we could have stayed there all night. Both our boys (8 & 5) loved the tacos and Shirley temples…..selection of Mexican candy and chocolate at the end was the cherry on top for them!!

Great Family Vacation
The resort was great! Food was great and the service was excellent. The pools provide a great option for kids. There were lots of great extras for the kids through the family concierge. Nestor at the Family concierge was the best! He was so helpful and made our trip so much easier!

Amazing Family Resort - Paradisus Playa Del Carmen
This resort is absolutely stunning! We upgraded to the Family Concierge and it was the best decision. There is a separate pool, restaurant, and activities for the kids that are part of the Family Concierge. The kids got little gifts (at the beginning and end of our stay!). Nestor was our Concierge and he was so attentive and friendly!! We loved him! He booked our a la carte restaurants before we arrived which got us the times we wanted (helpful because we were a big group of 9 ppl), and we connected via WhatsApp so anything we had questions about we could ask! The kids pool was only 3ft deep which was perfect. Aquazone waterpark was a short walk from the main pool area and fun for the kids with water slides, ice cream and a giant bucket that dumps water out. The main pool was about 4ft deep with a swim up bar. The activity team did a good job getting people into their games in the pool. There are a ton of wild Coati animals roaming around that will steal food right out of your bag at the pool if you're not careful! We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and it was huge and beautiful. There are jacuzzis on the balcony, tons of storage space in the 3 closets and kitchenette was great for storing snacks we brought and for keeping our drinks cold. The a la carte restaurants were delicious. Buffet was ok. Ice cream at Twelvet was our go-to every night and sooo yummy. Gym was clean and not too busy. The shows at night were subpar but the kids loved them. The beach had a ton of seaweed unfortunately, but I heard from others that this is not always the case. They were trying to clear the seaweed but there was just too much. The resort is about a 2-3 min walk over a bridge to get to the beach. The resort was clean, and beautiful. Overall we would loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Great worry-free escape to a terrific resort
The resort was great, lots of activities for the kids and lots of fun pools to try out. Our family Concierge, Nestor Herrara was amazing and looked after all our needs - booking our excursion to a cinote, dinner reservations and pointing out the upcoming activities to enjoy. Wonderful trip!
