Luxury Experience
Total luxury experience, the views to the food everything was spectacular. It was great to go to the beach to the main pool to the adult pool. Activities were also fun, was happy to see le labo products in the room wasn’t expecting it

This just isn’t a great property. It’s very spread out, which requires a lot of walking. The beach is not good and has lots of sargassum. Food was mediocre and very expensive. Gym equipment was worn out with most treadmills unusable. Service was decent, but there was not much to deliver on. The rooms are pretty nice, but nothing spectacular considering the Park Hyatt brand and pricing. Our 7 and 10 year old said kids club was not fun at all and asked to leave after 1 hour. There were practically no activities when we went in August (which, I know, is end of season). If you’re going to St. Kitts and Nevis and considering this property, just go to the Four Seasons on Nevis. Infinitely nicer property and beach at a similar price point.

Very poor experience at Park Hyatt St Kitts
This was a very poor experience at the Park Hyatt St Kitts this summer. Starting with the arrival process: Arrived early at the resort. Check in time being at 4pm (always later and later at PH......). I was offered to wait until the room is ready and would be informed by message once this is the case. In view of the very low rate of occupancy, I would have expected to get the room being ready a bit before 4pm. I received zero message and walked to reception after 4pm and was pleased to know that it was ready. Since when ? No idea. The hotel outdoor areas: The outdoors are filled with a persistent and nauseating smell coming from the seaweeds accumulated on the beach. This smell provoked me strong headaches. Given the prices of the room, would it be too much asking to have the beach cleaned from time to time, which was not the case during my stay. As such, in this period of the year, the beach is not usable. The hotel room: Bright and clear, with the minimum amenities (which is now the rule in the main hotel brands......) However, having no hot water during morning shower was not really appreciated. Restaurants: All closed except one. Buffet breakfast priced at a stupid 84 USD, without anything fancy. Will not be back.

The People
This resort is the true definition of luxury and paradise. We were blown away from the moment we arrived and were so sad to leave. What stood out the most to us was the staff. Every single person was SO kind and so nice! They truly made us all feel so welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. David and Alexis at the reception area were amazing during check in and check out! They always greeted us during our stay, offered recommendations, and genuinely wanted to know how our time on St. Kitts & Nevis was going. Jawald and Jonella at The Great House for dinner were amazing. They made us feel like family and spent extra time with us. They laughed with us and truly exceeded expectations. Alson, Melroy, and Ikish were the most amazing people and golf cart drivers! They didn’t let us lift a finger when it came to our luggage and they took special care of driving us around the resort. They were so kind and personable and made our experience that much more luxurious and enjoyable. Every single person we encountered at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts truly went above and beyond and there aren’t enough words to say about how much they meant to me and my friends!
