Our waiter Didier was great and treated us very well! He was very attentive and got us everything we asked for very promptly!

Park Royal Great Experience
Hotel was great! We got the all inclusive package. It was fantastic! Food and drinks were great! Frida was our favorite of the three restaurants. Service was very friendly. Would definitely return!

Five Stars for Juan Carlos!
We had an amazing experience at Park Royal Beach Resort! It was our first time in Mexico and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful with every detail. His knowledge and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to him, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our time. We will definitely be coming back!

this year, being a Royal holiday member was not a plus... third time to this resort, first 2 were amazing but this time VERY disappointing. no royal holiday concierge, no transport arrangement to the resort, changed rooms 4 times in 10 days. we booked a presidential room for our stay but in one of the rooms, renovation all day on top with debris falling on our deck, the 2 patio doors did not close properly with a 1'' crack in the bottom and rattling in the wind (needed to jam a towel between the door and the frame so it woud not rattle) faucet leaked, coffee machine did not work... and then we were changed to another room that was available, they chose the construction room even if others were available... no service whatsoever from our club, we are very grateful that Juan Carlos, the hotel concierge took upon himself to give us the service we deserved. i tried to talk to royal member service manager to understand what happened to this resort since our last stay 2 years ago but the only manager that was available to talk to me was the construction manager... definitely not an advantage of being a member a this resort anymore!!!!!!

A wonderful place to relax
All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. We were happy.
