    Best Time Ever

    I took my children for an early Christmas present and we had the best time. The staff was amazing. Especially Janet and Joel. They made our stay extra special with their kindness and hospitality. We will definitely be going back. The food was spectacular. The beach is incredible. The resort was lovely. We had the time of our lives. There were so many amazing events at the resort and we did some excursions too. We love Park Royal Beach Cancun. Can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you again Janet and Joel for making it so memorable.

    Top Notch Concierge!!

    After getting ill Juan Carlos the concierge took good care of us. Helped us locate proper medication and took care of dinner reservations for us. He’s kind hearted and thoughtful. He also helped us move closer to the other party we were travelling with.

    The people were amazing and the service was great. The food was never hot enough.

    Javier y Alexander lobby bar were exceptional bar tenders and made the overall experience that much better.thank.you i did find that the food never came out hot.So it turned me off a little bit.

    Great smaller resort

    Accommodations nice without a view, but the view from pool and beach exceptional!. Al’s cart seafood restaurant a must for breakfast and lunch, rather than crowded buffet.

    All in all, we would go back!

    The food was not that great at the buffet. However, the restaurants where you make the reservations was great! Alejandro and Yolanda at the Coco bar were fantastic!! Miguel at the lobby bar was also fantastic!
