    Average resort

    It was an average resort. The staff were great Javier at the lobby bar made great drinks and his customer service was great. The adult pool often had children in it. Food was average. Two people in our group got ill from something we ate and were down for 1 1/2 days. Overall an average holiday experience.

    Not good for the price

    Got food poisoning, many water refill stations not working, elevators in the 2nd building go up then down when we were only trying to go down. Noisy activities disturbed relaxing time near the pool and beach (bingo, obnoxious music), buffet food very mediocre in quality and variety, front desk staff very grumpy and frowny. Piña colada drink had very cheap/bad quality ingredients. Good location, room was large and clean. Overcrowded.

    Park Royal Beach Cancun review

    A smaller but nice place to stay with an interesting fancy outdoor mall across the road perfect for safe evening walks. the food is good but not awesome and all the workers are great. The Grand Park Royal (sister hotel) up the street is a bit better because its larger and can offer more

    Janet was the best

    It was our first time at this resort and our experience was perfect thanks to Janet from guest services! She made sure everything was taken care of and that we felt comfortable and supported the entire time. She handled everything with a positive attitude, care and professionalism. Thank you Janet for making our stay perfect

    Rooms are not that comfortable and no patio or king beds was disappointing.

    Food and drinks were very average. Staff were great. Resort was a dissappointment. Check in was a big problem. We were sent to a wrong room.
