    Great experience for our first visit

    We really enjoyed the location. Things that stood out was the complimentary sun screen and water refill station. We booked excursions with the concierge and ate at the on-site restaurant. The views were also amazing.

    Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Very nice amenities and relaxed vibe. Great value. Would definitely book again!

    Mostly for younger people.

    The Staff was wonderful and the hotel acceptable, however it was dull and drab for a Hawaiian Hotel. The color schemes were dull (grey and tan). There was one small picture in the room of a Tapa (brown & black). The maintenance was not the best. You truly didn't get that Hawaiian feel within the hotel. The maintenance was not the best. The bathroom door needed repair and the shower head would not stay put. The LuLu's restaurant in the hotel was a bar scene with live music and was so loud that we couldn't hear each other nor the singer most of the time.
