We stayed at Romer House Waikīkī for a bachelorette celebration, and everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The entire experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is in an unbeatable location in the heart of Waikīkī, with convenient access to H1, restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the little details, including slippers, dental kits, shaving kits, and sewing kits. It's those thoughtful touches that make a hotel stand out! Having dining options on-site was another huge plus, and Lei Stand serves some of the best cocktails in Waikīkī! Such a fun atmosphere and perfect for celebrating with the girls! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible team. A special mahalo to General Manager Daniel Texeira, Nani (Front Office Manager), Nia at the Front Desk, Keala from Valet, Chef Brad, Kyle, and Tina! Every single one of them was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their aloha spirit and attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. If you're planning a girls' getaway, bachelorette party, couples' trip, or simply looking for an amazing boutique hotel in Waikīkī, Romer House is the place to stay! Beautiful accommodations, fantastic cocktails, a convenient location, and most importantly, a team that truly cares about its guests. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 — one of the best hotel experiences in Waikīkī! We will absolutely be back! 🌺❤️

Lovely stay
Had a lovely stay at the Romer House Waikiki. I booked using my Amex, as the boutique hotel is part of Amex’s hotel collection which comes with a few perks. My initial booking included complimentary valet parking, and the hotel later honored that perk as it was later removed from future bookings. Next, I had complimentary daily breakfast for 2, a $100 property credit which I used at the hotel bar, the Lei Stand, and I had late check out. Unfortunately due to the hotel being fully committed I did not get a room upgrade or early check in. Lastly, I had read another review complaining how the resort fees are taken out of the deposit from your stay. The staff fully explain that when you check in and I did not think it was a big deal. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. The hotel bar had amazing cocktails and really delicious small bites available. The happy hour has $5 beers and $8 cocktails which I think are an absolute steal. Since the hotel is located in the heart of Waikiki, it has both its pros and cons in terms of location. First, the international market place is literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel. I loved this because I was able to go to target for any last minute shopping for essentials and snacks. Waikiki beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. On the other hand, due the location, the street is super noisy. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. As far as housekeeping goes, they did only stop by twice during our 5 day/4 night stay and the sheets were not changed. They did make the bed, provided towels and took out the trash. Again, this was not a big deal for my family or me, but it could be a big deal for others. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I had a great time!
