  Quince Celebration

  Our family had an unforgettable time at Planet Hollywood Cancun! We were there to celebrate my daughter’s quinceañera, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. A huge thank you to our amazing party coordinator, Andrea—she made every detail of the event seamless and stress-free. Rebecca, who led the entertainment, brought so much energy and fun to the celebration. And the entire staff who helped set up, cater, and manage the party were so professional and kind. Thanks to this incredible team, my daughter had the best time celebrating her big day. Planet Hollywood made this once-in-a-lifetime event truly special for our entire family. We would highly recommend it for any big celebration! The only downside to our trip was the catamaran tour we booked directly through the resort. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations that were set. We were told the experience would run from 11 AM to 8 PM, but we didn’t even get on the boat until around 12 PM due to a late bus pickup and a long check-in process at the docking station. Even with the delayed start, we were brought back to the resort by 7 PM. It was disappointing to end early, especially since we were all enjoying ourselves. When we asked about the timing, the boat crew said they were following a different schedule and told us to take it up with the resort. I did reach out, but unfortunately never received a response. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking excursions directly through the hotel. It's worth exploring third-party options for better communication and clearer expectations. That said, the rest of our stay—and especially the quinceañera celebration—was truly wonderful and something we’ll always remember!

  2nd time here. Starclass is a must

  Second time here, mutiple points to mention. My Buttlers Miguel and Damian were excelent, always willing to help. Barman Cesar at starclass pool and Roger from starclass grill provided excelent service and great attitude, his drinks were great as well. Checkin and checkout guys, cleaning team and restaurant employees were amazing as well. Restaurants Indian and steakhouse were great Catch and Oriental just ok Star class grill is great and Gusto pizzas as well Guy fiery burgers are terrible, fries terrible, cheese was cold and not melted. I would come back with no doubt but paying for star class.

  Amazing Service , 10/10 experience

  During our recent trip to Planet Hollywood Cancun, we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Victor, and we can’t say enough great things about him. From the moment we met him, he greeted us with the kindest smile and the most genuine attitude. His warm energy and attentive service truly made us feel right at home. Victor went above and beyond every single day, always checking in on us, remembering the little details, and making sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel like family, not just guests. In a resort full of great staff, Victor stood out — not just because of his professionalism, but because of the heart he puts into his work. We left feeling like we made a friend, and our experience at Planet Hollywood was so much more special because of him. Thank you, Victor, for making our trip unforgettable!

  Overall a wonderful experience

  The rooms can do with a bit of an upgrade, but the overall experience was wonderful. The service was exceptional. Andy, our butler, was great, and Gardenia (Mulan) at the Shores club was equally exceptional.

  Good service

  Clarissa and Arlette provided great service and guidance at the gym! The Brazilian steakhouse was great! I would go back to this resort
