We just checked out today and are already planning our return! We had a swim out in Adult Scene Star Class. Our butlers, Edwar and Angel took great care of us. They checked in frequently, helped with dinner reservations (we were able to try all the restaurants that we wanted), and answered our questions quickly. The weather was perfect, all the staff were kind and efficient.

When I first arrived we were treated so well. Our rooms are clean and amazing ! Awesome room service 24 hours and the pool was great! JJ was helpful and very knowledgeable about the resort !

Swim out suite with ocean view and butler services!
We stayed in a private swim out suite with Ocean view… It was absolutely spectacular! The quality of service from our butlers, (Angel, and Edwar) was exceptional… They were very attentive, quickly responded to texts and were extremely helpful during our stay! Well done guys! We would highly recommend the Butler experience to anyone travelling to this resort. Thanks, Rick and Sheila.

Flowrider is the highlight
The team members at the flowrider are amazing. They are so patient and kind with the kids, encouraging them to try new tricks and to be confident in themselves. This is my nephews fourth trip and they are the highlight each time. The team members are Alex, juakim, and Xavier.

Relaxing Week!
We had a wonderful trip! Having Edwar and Angel assist with anything and everything was amazing! They were wonderful and made the trip relaxing and stress free!!
