    Roy & Miguel

    This is our first experience with an all inclusive resort. It has been a wonderful experience. The room is super spacious. The room settings/decorations were very impressive. The butlers are super friendly, professional and responsive (Roy & Miguel). My kids enjoyed the swimming pools the most. The star class pool has a bar area where the water depth is just right for my kids. There are a variety of cuisines that we can try different food every day. The butlers are very helpful to reserve a table at our convenient time. Highly recommend this resort.

    Outstanding Butler Service!

    Exceptional Butler Service! Thank You, Victor & Frank! We had the absolute pleasure of having Victor and Frank as our butlers during our stay, and they truly made our trip unforgettable. They checked in with us every day as soon as their shift began, always making sure we had everything we needed. Any question we had about the resort, big or small, they had the answer right away. Their communication was amazing. Whenever we sent a message, they responded in no time, and they were consistently attentive without ever missing a detail. Their dedication and professionalism made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Victor and Frank, for your outstanding service. You really elevated our experience!

    Wonderful experience for both adults and kids!

    We had a great time at Planet Hollywood Cancun. The facilities were clean and the amenities were great. White sand beaches, beautiful warm ocean--definitely a highlight, as was the lazy river which we did every day. We had the swim out on the ground floor. We loved having the extra space, but our location was 100% shade all day, so we'd likely try to change that next time. We also did Star Class. Worth the extra money, although we were still learning about the advantages on our last day so we didn't take full advantage. The food was excellent. We tried almost every restaurant and were very happy. The gym was also really well equipped. We discovered the pickleball courts a bit late and so didn't use, but this place had pretty much everything. We found it was a great place for both kids and adults. Lots for both to do. We were treated to the amazing butler services of Victor and Frank. Both super friendly and professional and always ready to assist or offer advice. They were both fantastic and helped elevate the experience.

    Great Service and Family Friendly

    We loved our swim up room as we had a corner unit with a large outdoor space. The resort is kept very clean and we loved our housekeeping guy Jesus! We did the car race and it was definitely a highlight! The atmosphere is very family friendly. The service was top notch. We only had a couple servers who were so so but the rest were amazing. We loved Pablo from the what I would call the Martini bar, Ray was an awesome beach attendant who made sure our cabana was ready, Ivan was our favourite server in the sports bar always smiling with time to chat, Eric the younger bellman was always greeting us and helping with any taxi’s we needed during our stay, Jesus Morales was our favourite server at the buffet serving us breakfast and lunch and going out of his way to get whatever we needed, our Butler Ignacio was so very helpful even on his day off which was very kind of him and he made our trip more enjoyable.
