Place was really good. Staff members were really friendly specially in the.Planet play! . Jennifer,Giovanna, mafe, Ricardo and Karla are the best!!! My kids had lots of fun playing with them. Good was great and the hotel was very clean. Everyone was very helpful

Wow!
Wow amazing resort, I had an amazing experience, the room was amazing, the entertainment team is very nice, thanks Victor to make my vacations amazing! the buffet restaurant could improve the quality of the food a bit, also Ricardo, geo, Karla, Mafer and Jenni, they are very helpful and kindly, thanks Victor you guys, absolutely I’ll come back

We had a family group of 10 and Star Class. The resort is beautiful. Loved the pools and beach. The reservations process for dinners was very difficult! Apparently groups of 10 are supposed to only be allowed dinners at 5:00 or 9:00 and family style only. This was never explained at check in or orientation from butler. Initial butler kept saying he was working on reservations for 2nd night but then never able to get. Luckily another butler (for my parents room) was amazing (Jessy and Octavio) and ended up taking over for all 4 rooms we had and got reservations for every night! Jessy checked in daily and met us to walk to dinner ever night and get checked in at restaurant! The pool service was top notch-we loved Francisco, Samuel, and Soledad. Highly recommend getting a pool cabana for a day!

Overall Great Trip
We just got back from a great vacation at Planet Hollywood Cancun. We are a family of 3, two adults and one 9-year-old child. Have stayed in many Resorts in Cancun and throughout the Caribbean as well as Resorts throughout the world. We booked directly on the PH website and took advantage of their free airport transfers. Just a note on this, the free transfers are shared and are through Nexus. We elected to upgrade to private transfer for another $70 total round trip. The weather was great, 80’sF and humidity was reasonable. Food: We really loved the buffet! Good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large selection and everything was fresh! The cheeseburgers, Omelets, fish and steak were very good. The Ala Carte restaurants were a bit of a hit or miss, but still good. Details: 5 Nights end of November in a Producer’s 2 Bedroom, 3 full bathroom Suite, Star Class: Great Service: Jesus our butler went above and beyond! Their moto is “never say no” This was certainly true; he made our stay unforgettable! He was always there if you needed anything and just to check in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Fransico/Pancho at the Star class pool bar was outstanding, always keeping our drinks full and providing all the food we could eat! Very friendly and attentive! Jorge at the Star class swim up bar was also outstanding! Keeping the drinks flowing and very friendly! Also, a shout out to the housekeeping staff, the staff at the buffet and everyone that keeps the resort beautiful! Room: The room was amazing and Huge! You can see pictures online. This is probably the largest Suite I’ve stayed in. The room has four stocked stocked refrigerators, three mini bars, one in each bedroom, one in the full bar and a full size in the kitchen. All of them are stocked with beer/soda/mixers. There are also plenty of snacks in the room. Bottle of champagne on Ice in the room upon arrival as well as fresh fruit 3 full bottles of alcohol in the room upon arrival, top self. Tequila, Vodka and Whiskey. There are only 4 Producers Suite’s located in building 21. We had the top, fourth-four with an amazing view of the ocean and resort. IMO, this is the best building on the property, it is central to most everything. Beach:

Great service on our Vacation!
We have had a great time here. The food has been really good and the service has been great!! We especially want to acknowledge Paulina from the Entertainment team - she is fun and engaging and is so great at her job! The shows have been really fun. The East restaurant has been our favorite. The service and food was so great. We also very much enjoyed Josy as our server by the pool. She is very good and we appreciate the interaction and service! We have had a great week!!
