Room was spacious, housekeeping was great! Pool was great, but the music was always on and very loud. If you want a calm place, don’t go to the pool. The beach wasn’t that great, the experience is all about the property grounds. The entire staff was very welcoming, special shout out to Esteban Sanchez (nexus tours) and Jerwin CR7 (restaurant)! Jerwin from the restaurant (dinner buffet place) was soo good! He even remembered that I asked for a glass of hot water every time I came, and he brought it to me without even asking :) Sanchez arranged the tours for us and answered our qns patiently. Overall, a memorable vacation experience at PH!

Planet Hollywood - Johan
Our butler Johan has really made the best experience. He always smiles understands you and will do any request you have. Very friendly with kids 11/10 recommended. We also fed white face monkeys that we fed. Overall we met many people and I highly recommend the star class experience they have little golf carts to take you around.

Las mejores fotos!!!
They were amazing! We started with a family shoot at planet Hollywood and my wife and I ended up doing a second shoot for us alone. Truly these guys are awesome very kind and the pictures they take are amazing to say the least. Thank you Roger y Alex por tomar seas fotos de musta familia Dios los bendiga.

Nov 30, 2024Very Poor Hotel and Experience
Not sure how anyone gives this hotel 4 or 5 stars, it is supposed to be a TUI Platinum hotel and 5T, it certainly isn’t. Upon arrival you are asked to sign a five page contract which you don’t get a copy of. Food is bland and unappetising, loud music is pumped out by the pool each afternoon, today was a foam party, we came for a week of relaxation and had the opposite. Italian restaurant delivered the wrong food, a pizza ordered to go with main didn’t arrive and was 15 minutes late. It took forty minutes to get our first course in the a la carte breakfast restaurant, these were two smoothies. The DJ refused to lower the volume of the music by the pool, it was so loud it was difficult to hear your own music in your headphones. Complaining to staff, customer service and managers gets you nowhere. The rooms are nice but no sea views unless expensive upgrade, virtually no lifts, very steep paths to pool, continuously pushed adverts to buy more upgrades and options. Sports bar dingy and no atmosphere, much of the buffet food cooked very early and goes cold often quickly, breakfast better. If you are looking for a relaxing high quality 5 star hotel this isnt for you.

Amazing!!
Josue our pool butler at the cabana 1 was Amazing. He was prompt and on time and made our experience that much more special. Really great with our kids. Also Johan our butler was spectacular. I mean he was over the top in customer service, his personality and arranging everything. Always available. Roger our photographer was super. We are 6 people and this was by far the best family vacation we had. Pura Vida!! Hope to be back soon.
