    Edu saved the stay

    Edu sabes the day for my experience. Edu from Premier (Lobby Bar) was simply an incredible experience. What could have been just the act of serving cocktails was transformed by him into something truly memorable. His passion, energy, and genuine connection with guests create an atmosphere that goes far beyond great drinks — it becomes an experience in itself. Edu brings an incredible esprit to the bar, making every interaction feel special and personal. He is without a doubt a true asset to PH.

    Awful

    Three restaurants were under construction and the hotel had no air conditioning Wednesday had to wait an hour to Check in Eventually was offered a room third floor no elevator We refused and left to go to another hotel

    Planet Hollywood was OK

    On our first night there was a water main issue that left us with no water. So imagine after a long day of travel and not being able to shower or have a flushing toilet. No compensation or apology. Although the food was good and comparable to other all inclusive resorts in the area, the whole restaurant booking is a fail. We had a party of 7, yet can only book 4 at a time. Multiple attempts to book restaurants and multiple times the booking system is fully booked. However, when we did go to a restaurant, they were 30%-50% full, which tells me that they don't want patrons using their restaurants. The restaurants were also small, how do guests expect to get a booking? Beverages were available, but I found the mixed drinks to be super sweet for my liking. The beach is small and not many people used the beach. As for the golf cart system, for the most part they were readily available, but I didn't like having to wait for it. The pick up to the airport was way too early. Nexus arranged it for 4 hours before flight and then we had a 2 hour delay of our flight, but they refused to delay our transfer. The rooms were clean but extremely cold, no matter how how you try to turn down the AC. At one point, we just had to shut it off. The staff was overall friendly and pleasant.

    Sunset restaurant

    I’m very grateful to the Sunset Restaurant team. The private dinner was the best, especially the waiters Ronny Junior and Alexa (the bartender), and the supervising host Sharlin. The cuts of meat were delicious, and my birthday celebration was fantastic. Thank you so much, Planet Hollywood!

    Great stay with excellent service and activities!!

    We had a great stay and really enjoyed the overall experience. The staff was extremely kind and always ready to help, which made a big difference. The hotel felt very clean, well organized, and had a very pleasant atmosphere throughout our time there. The food was delicious with lots of options to choose from. We decided to upgrade to Star Class and it was absolutely worth it, especially for the more personalized service.. We booked a few excursions in advance with Nomadtourscr so we wouldn’t miss out on availability. Gabriel was very helpful and recommended the La Leona hike, which turned out to be a lot of fun. Our guide, Julio, was excellent and shared a lot of interesting information about the area during the hike. Because Gabriel offered very competitive prices compared to other tour operators, we decided to book another activity as well and went to Buena Vista Adventure Park, which was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience—both the hotel and the activities exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.
