Amazing time in Costa Rica
We had a great experience at Planet Hollywood. The location is great! We stayed in a Star Class Ocean View room, and we enjoyed the view. The rooms were cleaned daily and were constantly stocked. Our star class concierge (Justin) was amazing and ensured that we had a great stay. He is very communicative and sincerely cares about us having a great time. This included scheduling dinner around our excursions and activities and making sure that we were scheduled for activities while we were at the resort. I think the atmosphere was great, we were a little hesitant going to a family resort but honestly it could be as relaxing or fun as you can make it. Of course around the pool there was music and activies that got a bit loud but this was not a problem as it was primarily during the day time. The evenings were quiet and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the spa onsite especially the Hydrotherapy sessions that Justin scheduled for us. Extremely relaxing and great service.

Great Family Getaway and Nice Outdoor Activities!!
We spent a family vacation at Planet Hollywood with a large group ranging from little kids to grandparents, and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and kept very clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Since the resort is on a hill, the golf carts running 24/7 were super convenient, and we never had to wait long. Dinners at the restaurants were enjoyable every night. One of the highlights was the natural setting. The whole property was very green, and we even spotted wildlife like monkeys and tropical birds around the resort. Costa Rica is such a beautiful country! We booked several excursions with Gabriel from Nomad Tours Costa Rica, and everything was well organized from start to finish. We did the La Leona waterfall hike, swam in a crystal-clear river, and enjoyed a rainforest experience. Our guide, Jose, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we never felt rushed. We also arranged a catamaran tour and our transfers through them, which made our trip even easier and more enjoyable. A special thank you to everyone at Planet Hollywood who helped make our stay so comfortable, especially the bell staff who were always helpful with our luggage. With such a large group and kids of different ages, we really appreciated all their help. Overall, it was an amazing way to enjoy Costa Rica and explore the area. We would definitely recommend both the resort and Nomad to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

An Amazing Time At An Amazing Place
Let me start by saying, I left yesterday and ready to return! This place is awesomely amazing! It is a beautiful resort and the staff is totally the best I've ever dealt with. They are friendly and seem to love their jobs! They make you feel welcomed and greet you with a smile and very good vibes. I want to give a special shout out to our assistant Gerardo Cascante. Gerardo was amazing! He was extremely helpful and friendly. He knew everything we needed to know about the resort. If we asked for anything he was very accommodating and provided it. Always greeted us with a smile and always on call. He let us know when he was off and what to do if we needed anything. It was our pleasure meeting him and hope to have him when we return.
