May 10, 2025a beautiful resort with super staff
A beautiful resort with attentive staff, great food, and access to the sister resorts nearby. Clean, well laid out, lots of spots for lounging and sitting. The beach was not fantastic but the pool area were fun and active, or quiet and serene, depending on which you picked. Bellhops Enrique and Amaury and Israel helped with luggage and transportation arrangements and checked with us whenever we passed by to see that we were happy; every restaurant boasted warm and welcoming staff who accommodated our requests for seating and food. I was especially grateful for attention to food allergies. Meticulous.

Best Birthday Gift at Platinum Yucatan Princess Adults Only.
The resort was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Each night featured amazing entertainment, and the food and drinks were top-notch. The spa experience was also fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with my best friend. We both had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back as we created lovely memories and met new people from all over the world.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with another couple and we had the holiday of a lifetime. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The bellboy Javier Reyes, made our trip especially special. No job was too big and he was always so eager to help us with a smile on his face, “mi amigos’ he’d shout! He also helped us by recommending an authentic Mexican restaurant in Playa Del Carmen which was lovely. The teppanyaki restaurant was an amazing experience and the food was so flavourful. The food at the buffet was fresh and also incredibly flavourful. The rooms are very clean, the maids are very thorough! Clean pool towels are given every day and the mini fridge in the room is kept stocked. We would definitely recommend this hotel to somebody visiting Mexico!

Casino Night!!
Had the best time…Enjoyed casino night the most. Our dealer Tania was phenomenal and made playing for the first time very easy going and enjoyable!!! 100% will be returning to this resort sometime in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t want to leave
This is the second time here,myself and two others came at Xmas time and we loved it so much we brought 8 more people for a friends trip this time around- the resort is fantastic! There’s so much to do as far as the pool activities/ games and evening shows, the food is great and interactions between guests and staff are wonderful. Luna, Malu, Ramsey, Tania, Jonny, Mar, Betton are AMAZING!! They are so welcoming and personable and actually remembered me from Xmas. Amazing time all around!
