Claudia in housekeeping was great. She kept my room nice and tidy. She was very friendly. Now the negative, went to the restaurant and asked for an outdoor table. I was seated and waited and waited and no one came to take my order. I left and went elsewhere for breakfast. On another occasion I called for room service, was transferred to the restaurant. Spoke with a woman who was unable to provide what food offerings were available. She placed me on hold in excess of 10 minutes, I ended the call. Suggestion for Hotel Management maybe you should have menus in the rooms if you offer room service? Location is great! I might consider returning.

The room was so clean! There were decorations for my sisters birthday that really made our trip special! Always had water restocked after every cleaning!

Fantastic Stay!!
My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. The room service was prompt and the food was great. A special thank you to Angelica, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Her warm attitude made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location!
We had 3 rooms and all of them were different even though we booked the same type of room. It was not a bad thing, just interesting. One had a top level deck with laying out chairs, another the room/bathroom was bigger but smaller deck, and last had view down the beach instead of pool. It was in the perfect location for Dios de los Muertos because there were activities at a nearby park, the pier, and the parade went right in front of it. It was an easy walk to the Malecon. The entertainment was very good every night and the food at the buffet was very mexican. Their specialty restaurants were cool with one with the dining in the water and the other like a tree house with nest like seating. Those were extra and not in the all-inclusive. We were very happy with our stay here!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding experience prior to arrival with Yolanda Guerrero and Martha Padilla. They facilitated a rather complicated issue with competence, courtesy and excellent customer service. Our room was kept immaculate due to the diligence of cleaning staff. Thanks to all
