We love Los Arcos! This is our third visit. Amazing service, clean rooms and great food. We’ll be returning soon. Highly recommended!

Dec 03, 2025Mexican Style Hotel on the Beach
First time staying at Playa Los Arcos. Location right on the beach and steps away from everything cannot be beat. Staff are really good here and truly happy, the amenities are good from pools to restaurants and great beach. The main areas of the hotel a very good. In the evening, they have a violin player who plays for a few hours, and it simply changes the atmosphere and really enjoyable. Public areas are really nice. Room was not ready on arrival, but I did arrive at 2:30 and check in was 3pm so that was understandable. Then I was told at 3:10 it would be ready in 20 minutes three times and finally got into the room well after 4pm which made my afternoon a write off. Service recovery would have been to provide a free drink, but nothing received to say we are sorry. Room was oceanfront master suite. Next day I left the room at 9am and returned at 4:30 and it had not been cleaned. Room and hallways were very Mexican style and basic, cleanliness was somewhat suspect. the room was well over $200 per night and overpriced IMO. Not sure I would stay here again, there was so much I loved about the resort, but housekeeping is dismal at best and room quality poor for me I think there are better options.

Claudia in housekeeping was great. She kept my room nice and tidy. She was very friendly. Now the negative, went to the restaurant and asked for an outdoor table. I was seated and waited and waited and no one came to take my order. I left and went elsewhere for breakfast. On another occasion I called for room service, was transferred to the restaurant. Spoke with a woman who was unable to provide what food offerings were available. She placed me on hold in excess of 10 minutes, I ended the call. Suggestion for Hotel Management maybe you should have menus in the rooms if you offer room service? Location is great! I might consider returning.

Special Birthday Trip!
The room was so clean! There were decorations for my sisters birthday that really made our trip special! Always had water restocked after every cleaning!

Fantastic Stay!!
My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. The room service was prompt and the food was great. A special thank you to Angelica, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Her warm attitude made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
