Jun 16, 2026Lost it's luster.
Stayed at this place three years ago and this time seemed more in need of renovations/repair. Checked in and one toilet in the room was not flushing properly, toilet in half bath keep running, and had no hot water in room. This place really impressed me three years ago and this time around, I was not as impressed during my stay. There are better options than this in Granada.

Mar 25, 2026Spacious suite and quiet location
Good value for money here. Very spacious suite. We had a kitchen and living room with bathroom separate from the bedroom. Smart TV in the bedroom and broadcast tv in the living room. The staff were so nice and helpful! They are the best feature of the hotel. We enjoyed the pool inside the evenings to cool off. Breakfast options for vegans are fruit, bread, and gallos pintos. Coffee and juice too. Great location about three blocks from the main plaza.

Friendly and attentive service
Spent four nights at hotel. Pre-arranged car service from Managua airport did not show up. I reached out to hotel and they were able to have a car service pick me up and take me to Granada. All staff members were friendly and attentive. Hotel is approximately six minute walking distance to The Catedral. Room has air conditioning, and TV with many channels. They provide soap bar and shampoo but I would say best to bring your own if you like to lather up. Pool is great after coming in from the heat. There are roosters nearby so be ready to hear the starting very early in the morning. There are roosters A.C. will drown them out. I did eat dinner at the restaurant and it was a lovely meal. I like their lemonade and mint which is quite refreshing. Zairo at front desk was very helpful assisting with making day trip plans by putting me in contact with a local company. Every staff member I spoke to was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Stayed there and used two suites. Perfect location, breakfast was good, and staff was very attentive. I will definitely stay here again. Worth the money we paid. Can't say recommend this hotel enough.

Great place to stay while visiting Granada
The hotel is located on a quiet street, four blocks away from the Cathedral, central park, restaurants, and stores. Breakfast included in the rate is very good. It is served every day from 7 to 9 am, in the cafeteria next to the pool, and includes diced fresh fruit, natural juice, coffee, rice, and beans, sometimes bacon or toast, and scrambled eggs. All the hotel staff is very friendly and always looking to help. Very reliable wifi service throughout the hotel. We stayed in a standard room, which has a nice size, one king bed and one full bed, cable TV, split A/C, and closet. The bathroom includes basic toiletries, small hair dryer, and towels. No refrigerator, safe box or coffee maker. The whole place is clean and has a very nice manicured gardens. I give it 4 stars because the standard room does not have a window which makes it kind of dark and cannot get natural air.
