Sep 23, 2025An outstanding Customer Service experience!
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and when the Lyft driver pulled up the ramp to the lobby, I knew this wasn't going to be an ordinary stay. This place was absolutely beautiful, situated in an old rock quarry, which had amazing views in all directions. But the one thing that stood out far beyond anything else was the kindness of their Customer Service staff. My room happened to be up on the hill, quite a bit of distance from the conference hall where our company was exhibiting our brand. I was a little fearful that these old knees weren't going to last long having to trek up and back twice a day. But that's when I first met Richard! Richard offered to give me a ride up to my room in one of their many golf carts. Now my body appreciated the ride, no doubt. But Richard was so kind, so genuine, and someone that I could tell actually was sincere in his desire to make sure that I never had to make that walk, either direction. I'm telling you, he actually gave a damn! As I sit here today writing this review, in my 40 years in sales and traveling to conferences for every company, Richard was someone who I wanted to talk to, because he treated me with kindness, respect and understanding. You can't teach that! That was all him. And in my mind, he was the difference maker for my entire conference and stay. I hope I get the opportunity to come back again. All around amazing!
Richard with transportation was amazing!! A true professional, who loves what he does and the people he does it for even more. An absolute asset to this resort.

Amazing bellman experience!
Richard is amazing! His personality, knowledge and compassion were so appreciated as he gave a few of us a ride on the golf cart to our rooms (it’s HOT in Phoenix so we didn’t want to walk)! We will definitely be calling him for a ride to dinner tonight! Thank you Richard!!

Richard W was my shuttle driver and was very personable and professional. He should be elevated in your organization. To other positions, very customer service focused.

Friendly Place
Had a great experience, liked that you could text for help/or to report any problems- had some technical issues with the room key but were very helpful and quick fixing it! Richard W the bellman was awesome- very accommodating and helpful when I needed a ride and helped order a car to the airport. Give this man a raise!
