Customer service was excellent
I had the pleasure of talking to Angie, a customer service representative that happened to answer the phone when I was planning a trip fore my wife. She was incredibly helpful and professional. She went above and beyond what she had to do and helped me work out all of the details to make this surprise come together, Thank you Angie.

Richard made my stay amazing!
I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Richard. From the moment we interacted, his excitement and passion for the hotel were so genuine and contagious. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do, and it absolutely elevated my experience. Richard is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope management knows how special he is.

Great resort but no improvements, horrible towels, expensive food/beverage
The resort is good and efforts have been made to upgrade what's a very old resort. We've been coming for almost a decade. What the property is lacking is a sports bar. The bar they have is old & dark, like an Irish pub and seating is not great but woodwork is cool and it's a good pub. We just wish they'd find room somewhere to offer a more well-lit & lively sports bar. Also, the pillows and especially the in room towels were the worst I've had in years. We actually went and got pool towels everyday b/c those were better than the hard, cheap, and old bath towels in the rooms. Food at restaurant is very good, as is their buffett breakfast. Staff was fantastic as always. Prices for food/drink have gotten too expensive as of late though. We're considerong switching out annual golf vacation to WeKoPa. Better golf, rooms, and prices are 40% less for food/drink. We do love Hilton Tapatio but there just haven't been any meaningful improvements in the last 5 yrs and the food/bev prices keep rising.

Above and Beyond Service
All staff members went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful and stress-free trip. I went to the front desk after I missed laundry drop off, and the staff went above and beyond making calls in order to help me get my shirt ironed for my meeting the next day. All of the staff want to help you out and do so with so much grace and kindness.
