Got the spa pass with the massage and facial total $152.25 and its worth every penny the steam room was crazy amazing showers were alright I wish the hot tub was hotter, massage i got from Deymi was exceptional and the facial was a first for me but I really liked it after you can hang out on the beach an enjoy the sun all in all im blessed I got their on a slow day an enjoyed it basically to myself

The bar staff was great but the people at the front desk are terrible. Rude and disrespectful not coming back because of that. I am diamond member. Terrible service. Just stay away from this hotel!

Amazing facility. Always spotless, not one piece of sand anywhere. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very chic yet inviting foyer. Pools are very clean, and warm. Even the beach is spotless! Wonderful, excellent food in the three restaurants on site. Loved the spa and their treatments—same cleanliness of the facility, and friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed every minute here.

Great massage experience!
Welcoming, friendly and luxurious. But I’d like to make a special mention for Deymi at the hotel’s Ikal Spa: she makes the best deep tissue massage!

Amazing hotel with a wonderful team.
Wow. Thankyou, from first impressions to lasting ones - great hotel, fantastic staff, superb views, wonderful location and excellent food and cocktails. Lounge was amazing - wonderful people kept us fed and watered and amazing breakfast! Check in by Francesca (excuse me if I have the name wrong!) , really good , really helpful. Room. Amazing views. Only v v v minor point was the pressure of shower, but we accepted it as ok. Can't say enough positive things about the hotel or the team that make the guests stay so enjoyable and relaxing. Thankyou.
