    Timeshare hogs

    Great location. Food was subpar: the same exact menu for breakfast everyday. Amenities were available: rooms kept clean. I use to come every year to this location but all they are interested in is selling or upgrading timeshare which doesn’t really work in otter best interest. Don’t think I’ll be in a rush to return as we keep getting less and less for our status as gold members.

    Week in Puerta Plata

    We spent a week at Lifestyles resort in Pueta Plata. Rooms were very well kept, very clean and maintained well every day. The food was easy to access and good quality. There was food for all members of our family to enjoy. We did not like how restrictive some areas of the resort were to promote higher tier members. Additionally the tour was very pushy trying to gain us as members even after we told them no. Andy Lantegua was very helpful at the front desk
