    BEWARE

    I am unable to give a good review for this resort! While the staff were mostly friendly the resort itself was a bit run-down. Several amenities that were advertised were unavailable during my stay. We actually did not have hot water for showers at least 75% of the time. My group had 2 different units and that issue occurred in both units. To make matters worse (and this part really nails the coffin) They forced a hold on my cc at checkin for incidentals that has not been released at the time of this entry. I was also overcharged on my all-inclusive. So much for repeat business! I saw a lot of good reviews before I traveled to this resort. My experience was much closer to the other end of the spectrum.

    Will be back again

    Our stay at Lifestyles was amazing, even though there were some hiccups here and there it didn’t stop the flow of things. Isabel for VIP services did an amazing job with assisting and making sure all reservations. At check out Cristina Frias did an amazing job to make sure we were all squared away with much love and happiness for having a wonderful stay.
