Hotel room was very clean, spacious and very reasonable.Location was perfect, pool area was a great vibe, and food and drinks were as awesome as the staff. Plenty of space and sunlight. Very comfortable. Great location to A La Moana shopping and WQaikiki.

Awesome
Prince Waikīkī was beautiful. The view of the harbor was amazing. The valet staff really stood out! Always ready to greet and they actually talked to us to get to know us. There was one guy who really stood out but I did not get his name. Each valet staff we encountered was so pleasant and took time to talk to us and give us suggestions. They are so quick as well. The hotel is close to Ala Moana which is convenient. It’s close enough to everything but not in the middle of the Waikīkī chaos which was nice

The views and location of this hotel are excellent. Food at the pool was very good. However, our dinner at 100 Sails was sub-par. The food was just ok; my chicken dish was nearly inedible. Prices for what was provided ala carte and buffet ($89) were ridiculous. We had much nicer meals at better restaurants in Honolulu. Our room was nice, but worn. Baseboards were dirty and dented, the shower needed a thorough cleaning. Beds were very comfortable and service was great. We have been staying here for years and the rooms are looking a little tired - they need a refresh.

Great stay! Friendly and responsive guest service in every department. Rooms are amazing, clean, and well stocked...even with house slippers. Highly recommend.

Amazing Food
I was really surprised at how delicious the food was at 100 Sails & in-room dining service. 10/10 and would definitely visit again.
