I must say this hotel provided exactly what we were looking for in this trip. Peaceful, quiet, & great staff. We received a hot continental breakfast ever morning. Our suite was the perfect size. The views were amazing. Getting around we used a taxi. Paul and Claudette were always on time and super helpful. There are a few restaurants in the area whilst the hotel does not have one nor a bar.

Extremely nice room with a small kitchenette. Free beer, water, colas stocked in the mini fridge. Large pool. Fitness center (small and needs a treadmill :-) Nice view. Breakfast delivered to our room. Away from some of the traffic and chaos elsewhere on the island. The lady who helped with check in...Suzan...absolutely wonderful. My husband's phone was not picking up GPS guidance and we were hopelessly lost...she called on our cell phone and guided us thru the routes to get us to the check in office. Friendly, efficient. We were stressed and worn out and she helped arranged pizza delivery to our room. Excellent pizza, OBTW.

warm service and comfortable rooms
I highly recommend this hotel. It stands right beside the Marriott, and has plenty of parking spaces. The staff are warm and will show you to your room. The rooms are really comfortable, with well-adjusted air conditioning and soft beds and pillows. There is a minibar with water and softdrinks, and you can also prepare simple breakfast by self. 非常棒的酒店，在圣马丁属于经济又划算的了，酒店外面就是万豪酒店，停车位很充足。前台工作人员服务非常热情，会带着展示客房。房间十分舒适，空调温度适宜，床和枕头也软硬适中，配有浴缸和阳台。客房里的迷你吧配有各类酒水饮品，可以自己动手制作简单的早餐。

What a hidden gem! Princess Heights Hotel offers the perfect balance between comfort and tranquility. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.

Amazing!!!
This hotel is simply perfect for a peaceful vacation. The environment is quiet, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the views are just breathtaking. It’s ideal for couples who want to disconnect and enjoy quality time together. We felt safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of.
