    Best breakfast experience in Acapulco

    My husband and I had breakfast at the Princess. Our server Javier Tomas was beyond excellent. The food, the views, everything makes it worth the stop. Highly recommended!!

    Amazing!

    Very nice and good experience, personal is great, food is rlly good too and Irma Jose Ruiz from the store is a very sweet and helpful woman.

    Not Soo good experience

    I was disappointed with my experience. On the first night of our stay, there was hair in the bathtub. I reported it, and it was cleaned, but it created a very poor first impression. I also needed the invoice for my stay and restaurant charges. I was told I could obtain it online, but I was never able to do so. I then contacted the hotel directly and made approximately 30 calls to the front desk. On several occasions, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, calls were disconnected, or the line was hung up. Itzel, Elizabeth, and Mayra took my calls, but each time I was placed on hold and later told that “the call got disconnected.” Elizabeth asked me to provide my information again, which was very frustrating, as it was the fourth time I had already provided it. I had also already sent the information to the email address given to me initially. As of now, I am still waiting to receive my invoice and am currently on hold again. Very poor front desk service!!

    The hotel, the staff, the service was outstanding

    The hotel, the staff, the stay, the service was outstanding.. The sales people that Offer Princess Tianguis were quite invasive. Very nice before they gave you the presentation. If you did not buy it became obvious they didn’t want to talk to you and that was very unpleasant.

    Amazing food at beach club

    Went to the Princess Mundo restaurant overlooking the ocean- beach club. We were seated super fast both times and the server recommended a mezcal tamarindo drink (they had strawberry and mango too!). It was amazing! They also had a designated vegan area of the menu!! My friends got Caesar salad, a tostada, ceviche, and fish tacos and it was all delish. The Singapore noodles I had were fantastic! Then the next day I got a portobello burger that had grilled veggies and guacamole and was so good. And the service from our servers Nidia and Isabel was great. Definitely the best vegan food I’ve found so far in Acapulco in this area and such a beautiful location!
