My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. It was a wonderful week of relaxation, good food and drinks, and excellent service. We enjoyed meeting many great people from Mexico and the USA. The staff was exceptional, and they assigned us a room that we requested! We met several managers, and they took the time to have good conversations with us. The management and staff are quite warm and friendly. We highly recommend this resort!

Great actives
We had a great time Evelyn and Carlos were great at the actives. Water exercise and Mexican bingo were a lot of fun.Everyone we were in contact with treated us with great manners. This resort is very nice. I like the large swimming pools and the landscaping is very nice.

Mazátlán Chillaxing 2024
The staff is truly outstanding and the waiters by the principal pool at the Emerald Bay resort were phenomenal. Julio Vargas took care of our needs everyday our group lounged by the pool. He was friendly, attentive and provided us an excellent service. I would recommend you visit Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay or, Pueblo Bonito, Mazatlan. The latter has a magificent beach with Palapas so you can play all day and not get scorched by the sun...

Excellent Exchange Resort & All inclusive
Such a great resort, a bit dated, but comfortable and quiet. My first time to Mazatland and I was concerned I wouldn't like it, but I'd do it again as an exchange anytime. We purchased the high end all-inclusive and the food and drinks were impressive, fresh and very good. At a great price. My husband drinks non-alcohol beer, they didn't have any, the manager was walking by, so I asked him, he had someone run to the store and get it....was there in a half hour. There wasn't a lot of entertainment, or not for teenager...but good for adults and seniors.

Outstanding Waiters
Breakfast at the Bistro is always delightful and special! The most amazing waiter, and our go to by request is Johnathon Acosta Tapia. 💖 He treats us like his family, and makes sure he adds every little Special Touch to make our breakfast perfect, and makes the best Bloody Marys in all of the restaurants. We love the Bistro because of Jonathan. At the main pool, the best waiter in the entire Resort is Jesus Humberto Sanchez Saucedo. Emerald Bay has become home, and family because of Humberto and Jonathan. They love us like family and always go the extra mile to care for us! 💖💖
