The service at the Cordeliere has been outstanding since we arrive to the hotel and as it's always been every year we visit the resort. When my hobby and I come for dinner, we always ask for Rafael Hernandez and Antonio Perez to be our servers. Both of them go above and beyond for all of their customers, even if they are busy, they both equally give the same hospitality to everyone. We love coming to this resort because of their friendly, fast, and welcoming service.

Serving review
My experience with Antonio Perez and Rafael Hdez was amazing!!! They were so fast and efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Loved the atmosphere they created for us, aswell as telling us more about the drink history and hotel itself. Would love to be served by them again!! Muchos gracias!!!

We went to this beautiful resort in June 2026 for a family vacation. It was a great resort with excellent service. We spent most of our time at the pool and the activities staff, Jordan and Evelyn, were so great! They went above and beyond with the activities and they were especially great with my son who never wanted to leave their sides and couldn’t wait to see them the following day. Thank you for making the trip even more special!

Nice Resort
It's a lovely but dated resort. We booked an ocean front master suite using RCI. MYy wife thought the gym was great. The restaurants were okay, standard low food cost resort fare. Service was excellent. There is no beach to walk on and no swimming. We enjoyed our one week stay.
