Arturo very good advisor! He recommend us to deep sea fishing while watching and local fish catching. Told he how to arrange to bring lunch and had talks to driver for the ride to marina and return trip. The captain and crew were amazing and so friendly. We caught lots of local fish mahi mahi and saw lots of humpback whales.

Gilberto Deras at the Bistro!
Our best experience at Emerald bay is always having dinner at the Bistro, Gilberto Deras, never fails to impress us with his professional demeanor, promptness and a smile!

Great experience and also be informed.
The most excellent service we've ever received! We caught so many fish including the largest mahi-mahi! They cooked it at our Resort for us and every part of it was easy and fun! Don't hesitate to book with our great friends! Also bring cash when you're at the dock they say 5% but it's more like 25% so be prepared and don't use credit card but other than that great experience and delicious fish these guys are the best

Great
Love Emerald Bay. Martin Olivas always makes us feel like family. He is always very helpful with anything we need. He takes very good care of us whenever we visit. Martha Rivera is our sales rep and she has always been great to work with. We bought in 2003 and from there we just kept on upgrading. Anytime we have a question about our contract she is always there to help. With there new Elite program they just need to make sure all their concierge are aware of what they offer to their guest so there is no confusion. We worked with Adriana and David on our Elite upgrade and when there was a misunderstanding, they were great to work with and made things correct. Highly recommend Emerald Bay for a great relaxing vacation. Thank you Martin and all who help our stay to be great!

We’ve been going to PBEB for 20 years. The staff here is great and the grounds are still beautiful, but the maintenance on the buildings is nearly non-existent. The rooms are looking shabby. The restaurants are not good anymore, which is very problematic since it’s far from town. I’m not sure we’ll go back. It’s disappointing since PBEB is a nice quiet location in Mazatlan, a very active and loud city. The pools are looking old too, and the best chairs are reserved for Villas owners. I would not recommend this place to my friends.
