Villas are amazing when sharing with two families. All staff is friendly; our waiters are pool side and at Bistro. Jose, Alberto, Junior have been the favourites!

Excellent service
Great place to stay with excellent service, especially Jose Luis Nevarez. He always kept our drinks full without asking and checked in on us multiple times to make sure he satisfied our needs.

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. This was due to efforts of Evelyn the activity director. She always had us organized and ready for fun.

We stayed at pueblo bonito emerald bay for 2 weeks in seventeen thirty six. We had a very enjoyable vacation. We were very pleased that they had four pickleball courts.This year. We enjoyed the pickleball very much.And every day participated in the blackjack and texas holem at the pool. We thought that evelyn and victor did a very good job of organizing and running the games. Our friends also played volleyball and aerobics and they were very pleased with how well they were ran. We did not do all inclusive, but pretty much.Every day would order an item from the waiters . Julio was very professional and prompt in filling our orders . We have been here seven years in a row and plan plan on returning next year
