Sandra Rivera was truly AMAZING! From start to finish, she was organized, thoughtful & an absolute joy to work with. She handled every detail with care and professionalism, which allowed us to actually enjoy the planning process & fully be present on our wedding day. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in Mexico. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. The place is old, dirty, and isolated. I never felt more like a transaction in my life. I left 1 day into my stay. I felt misled and used. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!

Jan 28, 2026Just another "all-inclusive"
Not impressive. First time at this all inclusive and during check in, instead of getting a helpful orientation, we get a sales pitch for time shares. Constant "thump thump" "music" throughout the complex. Up-charges for almost everything. Most of the personnel were very friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. We go to Mexico to get good Mexican food - not sushi or Italian food. Except for a few items on the pool bar menu only "international" food was offered in three restaurants. The only coffee bar in the hotel is the Starbucks in the gift shop which is not included in the all-inclusive package. Beach security guards chase you down the beach to keep you away from the hotel owner's ex-wife's house - even though it is a public beach, and they have no right to keep you from walking down the beach. Won't be going back to this "all-inclusive".

Great 10 days!!
Amazing trip to this gorgeous Pueblo Bonito Blanco resort. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Meals were very good. Our room house cleaner was truly a gem. Her name is Erica V and she left our room sparkling everyday. Happy to spend our 10 days here at Blanco!

First off, the staff and servers are out of this world. They are so polite and friendly. We have the utmost respect for all of them. They work very hard to make sure we had a most unforgettable experience. They need more respect from other guests. Thank you so much. God Bless Bonita Rose!!😎😃 DC
