  Excellent All Inclusive at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos...

  Awesome resort! Luis, the bellboy is so nice. Jeremi and Ivan at Front Desk are helpful. Sol at Cilantro's and Paloma is a lovely server. Bartenders, Ricardo and Leomel are incredible and funny. The mole at Paloma's is one of the best things I have ever eaten in my entire life! I asked them to use cheese vs chicken with fresh avocado and sour cream and kitchen was happy to do that. All inclusive is the way to go.. Fresh watermelon juice daily, fresh papaya and sea bass tacos for lunch! Excellent

  Best Cabo Weekend Getaway

  Everything was exceptional! From checking in, to a perfect room, amazing food and service, and sparkling pools. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Run down and not "all inclusive"

  For over 15 years this has been my "happy place." That is no more. Last year I had a lackluster trip to the resort and I wrote a review about it. The manager responded to my review last year and asked me to give them another chance as they were "going to complete a major renovation over the year." So I tried again. NOPE. In the sister resorts (blanco and rose) there are 3 restaurants and a buffet. Of the 3 restaurants, one was completely closed for renovations, and the other was closed for lunch and dinner for renovations. We defaulted two times to ordering room service. How do you mess up nachos? Bland food both times, incomplete orders, and the order was wrong one of the two times. The rooms are also very run down. I was in an oceanfront suite and it only had one bathroom. The rooms continue to be highly outdated. My friend drinks white wine and I drink Tito's vodka. Tito's was not included in the "all inclusive" and the white wine was a horrible Chardonnay. Even the short walk and services at the Massages at the Sandbar could not save this trip. As they stand right now, I do not recommend. It hurts my heart to say that after all of these years.

  Beautiful View, but Not Worth the All-Inclusive Price

  Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The rooms are outdated, and the food choices are repetitive. Two restaurants on the property were closed during our stay. The shuttle to the sister properties does not begin picking up guests until 10:30 a.m. By the time we arrived around 11:00 a.m., the restaurants were closed, and the next restaurant did not open until 3:00 p.m. The only restaurant available around lunchtime was The Market at Quivira/1950 at Sunset, which opened at 12:30 p.m., but we waited approximately one hour for our food. When we followed up, the customer service was not helpful or accommodating. Although we paid for an all-inclusive package, we still had to pay extra for certain foods and snacks. Every order for food or drinks required staff to scan our bracelets, which created unnecessary hassle when we were simply trying to relax. There were no activities available on the property. The children’s arcade advertised on the website was closed, and activities ended at 5:00 p.m. Music was also not allowed. Much of the information on the website, especially the restaurant menus and available amenities, did not match what was actually offered. Because of the limited food choices, we ended up eating nachos almost every day. This resort may be suitable for couples seeking a very quiet and intimate vacation, but I would not recommend it for families with children. Overall, paying for the all-inclusive package was not worth it because the experience was complicated, restrictive, and offered very limited dining and entertainment options. The only major positive was the beautiful view.
