Martin at the Pacifica Pool is the BEST waiter ever! Seriously—not kidding! ⭐️ He is absolutely amazing! Martin remembers your favorite drinks, keeps them coming, and somehow always seems to know exactly when you need something. He is friendly, attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re having a great time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does. Martin has made our time at the Pacifica Pool even more enjoyable, and we look forward to seeing him every time! We LOVE Martin! He deserves all the recognition and praise—he is truly one of the best! 🍹☀️

Martin from the pool was always so considerate and attentive! We remembered him from two years ago when we were here and we were thrilled to see him when we got here again!

Aug 26, 2026Great experience at the time, but won't return due to ongoing issue.
Great experience, though recently tarnished by failure to refund services. We had a fantastic time at Pacifica during our stay. When we were there, we booked and later cancelled a transportation to/from the hotel and airport. They assured us refund would be provided within 15-30 days. It has now been over 2 months, and it is growingly clear the hotel has no intention of refunding us. This is extremely disappointing for an otherwise nice stay. Do not trust the office if they state they will refund you - we have received no clear notice or news, simply being told that we our refund is getting pushed back. This hotel is great, but there seems to be some issues with management in keeping payments to themselves. Besides this part of our experience, the staff, the hotel and everything else was great.

Yoga class review
First time yoga class with Cristian was informative and balancing. I liked the mind clearing and breathing and philosophical approach to the class over postures.
