The best server ever!!
Christian took care of us everyday at the pool. We hardly waited for drinks and he remembers what we drank too. He was the best server we have ever had! He was friendly & helpful and fun as well! We wish he was our server everywhere we travel to. Thank you Christian!!

Amazing Stay at the Pacifica
Just returned from a 6 night stay at the Pacifica. It is a beautiful resort. The rooms were great. The pools were refreshing and poolside service great! We ate at all the restaurants and they were all an A+ with excellent food and service. However I would like to give a shout out to the team at Siempri!!! Ana, Alexis, Marco, Martin, Javier and Florinda were outstanding!!! They were all so welcoming and offered the best service. They felt like family by the end of our trip.

Relaxing and welcoming
We had a wonderful 1 week stay. The facilities are top notch, the food was excellent, and the staff was amazing. We wanted to especially thank Hannia, Issiah, and Edwardo for their VIP service! Also, we would like to thank Marco as the breakfast host was super welcoming and kind

Relaxed, romantic vacation
This trip was perfect! The rooms were clean and well stocked and the staff checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The food was great at every restaurant we checked out(Siempre, Peninsula, Quivira, and room service. The pool beds fill up fast but we were able to find one every day we were there with a little effort. All the staff we encountered were kind and efficient but my favorite place to hang out was Peninsula Beach bar with Israel, Fernando, and Javier. They took extra special care of us and made our experience wonderful. Luis Guerrero was our server at Peninsula for dinner and that was also a top tier experience. Definitely will visit again!
