I saw bad review about this place, like bad service, unit being old and food not good. I decided to give it a try and have my Owen opinion. This place has the worst service since the moment you check in, specially this young girl that was always there and every time, she had her attitude.The rooms smelled like humidity, only good review the room was clean. The buffet was horrible, not much selection, juices were water down, I wanted a banana, they said they don’t have bananas, every day an issue with fruits. Alcohol drinks also water down. Definitely not coming back here.

PBR Poolside Experience
I would like to leave a very positive recommendation to our pool side waiter at Pueblo Bonito Rosé. Jorge Figueroa was awesome. He was very Friendly, courteous and attentive. He made for a very pleasant week. A shout out for the servers Alma and Yuli too 👍🏽

Terrible receptionist service providing updates
The AC went out in the entire hotel for about 8 hours. When asked for an update the person at the reception told me it was the generators. Then proceeded to ask him if they generate its own power then change the story that the chillers were being repaired. Asked what was their back up plan since my wife needed to be in a cold environment due to her flare up hives. The hotel needs to have backup chillers

Very disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to what you would expect from a 5-star property. We arrived at around 3:00 PM and our room was still not ready. At the same time, the restaurants were temporarily unavailable due to a shift change, and the pool service was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was not working due to a general technical issue. I understand that unexpected technical problems can happen, and that by itself would not necessarily be a reason to leave a negative review. However, with the heat and humidity, it was extremely difficult to rest and sleep comfortably. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled by the staff. When I contacted reception, the response was far from what I would expect from a resort. The operator’s attitude was unnecessarily harsh and unfriendly. Whether this was due to stress or being overwhelmed with work, it should not be something the guest has to deal with. At the resort, you expect not only beautiful facilities, but also a high level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine concern for the guest’s comfort—especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. I would not stay at this hotel again.
