Serving thin-crusted grilled pizzas, the finest meats, fish and succulent seafood, elegant risoto and pastas enhanced by attentive service and selections from a sophisticated wine cellar. Open for dinner with indoor or patio dining. Dress code is Cabo casual-elegance. Gentlemen's shorts with casual shoes are accepted and children under the age of eight are not permitted.

2.5 in general. It’s not a poor rating but I also would not consider it “average” in the trip advisor ratings. I will try to cover the good bads and in between of this resort but I would not reccomend this place nor would I probally ever want to return. I was also there during Hurricane Polo but I’m not going to judge it off weather or accessibility to things due to the storm that’s no fault of the hotel. Good: location near marina and medano beach. (Could not access though due to weather) beautiful setting on the beach. Staff was generally good overall. Special shoutout to Gabriel and Guadalupe both amazing and attentive pool servers. Stellar service by these lovely professionals. Buffet staff also nice as was Fellinis (extra charge) We stayed a week and since literally only the buffet and fellinis was open we paid the extra 24.00 per person and ate there 3xs. Food was good but I don’t thin its extra $$ good. Buffet breakfast was solid for a buffet. Meh: the structure of everything needs redone. It’s been mentioned in so many reviews and I’ll get the generic “we are going to update blah blah” but I mean the lobby ceiling is peeling the lobby furniture is disgusting. The rooms are drab but functional the beds are HORRIBLE. Hard as a rock and all linens and blankets will have holes. 2 pillows per bed but requested more and they were happy to oblige and that helped. Another meh is constantly having to scan your bracelet for any food drinks etc. dosrnt sounds like a big deal but if you do the AI and you just want to leave after the pool or breakfast you can’t. You have to wait for them to bring an iPad to settle whatever you ordered. Same with room service. The bad - Timeshare people right after checkout running you down even after politely declining they follows us to the elevators pressing the issue. After saying no multiple times as the door opens the lady says “Fine, expect us to call you every morning” with a snide attitude. Not the most gracious welcome to the resort. I get your trying to do your job but after the multiple nos and a long day a travel this was not acceptable. The other bad they supply your room with no water bottles. No mini fridge with drinks no water to brush your teeth by the sink. Your expected to gather them throughout your day and pack them around to supply yourself with the basic necessity of water. I understand they have a pay as you go plan or whatever but cmon water should be available in your room. Unless your getting a stellar deal I would pay the same or more and even go to a RIU (which I’m not huge on) but I’d atleast have water and no one threatening daily harassment about a “membership”

Great experience at a beautiful resort. The staff and service are exceptional and definitely put the guest first. Always smiling and very kind, helpful and entertaining. Ended trip with very friendly bell boys Miguel and Juan to see is off back home. See you next year!

Exclusive tasting event
Attended wine tasting event at Fellini’s restaurant Pueblo Bonito Rose. The small private affair was handled by one top-notch waiter. Andres was extremely knowledgeable of the 5-6 types of wine we were served and displayed total respect for us and his other customers as well as timeliness of all services provided. Thank you, we look forward to the full menu at this 5 star restaurant in the next few days.

Activities fun
Title: Max was the Highlight of our stay—incredible resort activities! We had an amazing time at Pueblo Bonito Rosé, and Max in particular made our trip truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived at the pool, his warm, friendly energy and welcoming personality stood out. During activity time, he brought so much fun and enthusiasm to every game, keeping everyone engaged and laughing. It completely elevated the vibrant atmosphere of the resort. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes every guest feel like a friend while keeping things so entertaining. Pueblo Bonito Rosé is lucky to have them on the team—we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is right at the beach and has a nice pool. However the wing we stayed in though it had nice partial ocean view and pool view is a bit old and need renovation. We had issues with airconditioning which they fixed later to some extent but these are to old to be fixed completely. Overall service is good and staff is good.
