Well run resort.
I rated 5 stars because we had such a pleasant time. We didn’t have any hot water from Sunday to Wednesday so showered in cold water plus the shower head must have been plugged up because only a trickle of water was coming out. Housekeeping should have noticed it and had it repaired. They came promptly to repair it when I notified them which was awesome. Otherwise our room was spotless with a beautiful view from building 20 which is close to the Sky Pool. Suite service was pretty quick but they only allow one bottle of wine and not 2. They would bring 4 glasses of champagne but not a bottle unless you pay extra. Made no sense to me since there’s only 4 glasses in a bottle and the it would go flat brought to the room in glasses. I would like to thank Denilson for the fabulous service at the Bistro! He is very pleasant and aims to please. The golf carts around the resort are very efficient, we never waited more than a minute or two and there’s alway one coming or going and they stop and ask you if you need a ride. We really thought the Super Bowl Party at the Marketplace was well done. The sound was annoying but that is what those t.v’s sound like. The Welcome Party is a nice event but it’s hard to talk to anyone with the music as loud as it is. Also I think at least one pool should be warm! There are not very many people who get in and they don’t stay long. I guess they are just to look at! The lounge chairs are full with only a couple of people in the pool. I thought check in and out was pretty efficient and faster than usual. Please tell people NOT to feed the cats at the buffet as they can be pesky. I think its fine they are there but one lady next to us fed them a bunch of rolls and made a mess on the rail then beg under my chair. I do think it is fine they are there though!

Not what I expected.
We were at the resort to attend a wedding and stayed for 7 nights. Highlights: Beautiful view from our room. Pools were our favorite. Lots of fun, sun, and beverages. Wedding was very professionally handled and beautifully orchestrated. Negatives: Paid for a room with a hot tub on the veranda. The tub was only hot/warm on one day. The rest were rather cold plunges. Also had issues w/the TV which were never resolved. (I don't typically need TV on vacation but we had two young grandchildren staying in our room for a few nights.) The temperature from the taps in our room were hot and hot. I never felt cold water come from the tap no matter where it was turned. We were charged for a "bottle" of good tequila from the pool...we absolutely did not order this and after much disputing with the front desk, it was removed from the bill. Mostly, however, we felt that (though very accomodating) the staff was generally unfriendly to us. It really takes no more work to smile and we rarely saw one. Exception to this would be the golf cart drivers who were very pleasant most times. We would likely stay at a different resort if we go back. Still...a very nice trip!
