Spectacular stay
Yearly my friends and family will gather together to go to Punta Cana. This is our second year visiting Princess resort and let me tell you it only gets better and better! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay big big thank you to the best of the best Alexander Gomez and Ana Abreu, when we talk about above and beyond he definitely took the first place, great recommendations for the restaurants and spa services, he made us feel at home and comfortable at all times. Also want to point out the excellent customer service and hospitality from the bar team, Jose Luis, Maritza and Maria made us delicious drinks and were always happy to serve us and make our time at the hotel better, we were a party of at least 35 people and we always got a smile and a warming welcome. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious variety of food and beverages. I am ready to book the next vacation a Punta Cana Princess

Amazing people!
Great experience. Ana the supervisor and Alexander over at guest services were amazing. We also has an amazing time at the Italian restaurant, the sous chef Fernando and our server Altagracia really made the experience top notch. The rooms are not as updated but the people here make it the best.

Treated like rock stars!!
We went for our 18th anniversary. I hadn't done anything like this before. Alexander Gomez answered all my questions ahead of time and made our stay so special. The resort is intimate and just about the most romantic place I've ever been. Luis, the food supervisor made sure we had more than we needed. The food is good...if you can't find something to eat, you are trying too hard. The wait staff are second to none! Iris reserved our table each morning, as my husband is now handicapped. The customer service can't be beat! I will definitely go back!

Amazing experience that i would recommend anyone to visit, the destination is just beautiful, it is like in paradise.
The hotel is great and the staff is so nice and amazing, they always were there to help us when we need something, beach is very nice, food is also good, the bar in the pool is amazing, the staff in restautant is nice and they are always in good mood.

**Punta Cana Princess Review: 24 August - 1 September** It’s always difficult to write a review that leans towards the negative, especially when so many patrons have sung its praises. Unfortunately, my experience at Punta Cana Princess left me perplexed as to how this establishment has garnered such high ratings. While I had hopes for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, the reality fell far short of expectations. To start with, the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms is perplexing in this day and age—especially for a resort that markets itself as a premium destination. The food was another major letdown; the quality and variety were far below standard, making meals a chore rather than a delight. Service in the restaurants was disheartening, as I often felt invisible, with staff seemingly indifferent to my presence. The lobby bar was no better; service was sporadic and selective, leading to long wait times that felt like a deliberate oversight. It felt as though the staff were focused on a select few and ignored the rest, which certainly contributed to a less-than-ideal experience. To top it all off, my room was uncomfortably hot—a fact I reported multiple times to both guest services and the front desk, yet nothing was done to resolve it. The room itself was outdated and in dire need of refurbishment, further detracting from the overall experience. On a positive note, the entertainment team was a beacon of hope amid the overwhelming disappointments. They genuinely tried to uplift spirits and create a fun atmosphere, with Maria from housekeeping standing out as a particular highlight of my stay. Her warmth and attentiveness made a significant difference in an otherwise subpar experience. Despite the many shortcomings at Punta Cana Princess, it is clear that some staff members are dedicated to providing guests with a better experience. However, these bright spots were not enough to overcome the numerous issues I encountered during my stay.
