Dec 18, 2025Absolutely not happy with my vacation! Not recomended!!!
This is My review about Punta Cana Princess resort. Absolutely trash place for vacation included food and cleaning. The linens was never changes from previous vacationes !!! I have went to the manager and asking to gave the new for me !!!! The linens was used many years and treshy towels with holes. The room was cleaned only 1 time for 8 days my vacation period, and fresh towels also was not changes! In reality this 2 or 3 star hotel, but in Trip Adviser it was recommended as 5*. The worst and boring vacation in my life!😰😰😰. The hotel is not provided any intertatment for vacationes as normal for any another resorts where I have attended in La Romana or Mexica resorts! Only a lots drinks!😰🥸

Fantastic, amazing, outstanding, friendly & BEST RESORT EVER!! This was our second visit to this resort and love love love it! The customer service at the front desk with Jose & Martins, was outstanding. Any issues we had, they were on top of it. THANK YOU Jose and Martins The food is awesome and if you go hungry, that’s on you! Different food every night in the buffet…24 hour bar and grill at the beach, fondue restaurant, Rio 4 steak house, pasta restaurant…. So much to choose from. We had access to the resort next door and did mexican at NoPal restaurant one night and then to Tao for Japanese. DELICIOUS To Iris (main buffet) you’re an amazing waitress. THANK YOU for the great service. And like I said, if you go hungry, that’s on you. Beautiful white sand beach, very little seaweed. To Frank and Jose at the poolside bar, THANK YOU! The best bartenders in our eyes! THANK YOU to each and everyone who work (including management) at this resort. You work so hard everyday to make it a pleasure and a relaxing vacation. Great hotel, great staff. Always willing to help out if needed. Entertainment staff are amazing and friendly. Entertaining during day and night with different activities. Jasmine and her team are full of energy. Would return.

I am currently staying at the Punta Cana Princess. Rooms are definitely dated but for the time you are in them, it’s okay. I read in previous reviews how great the entertainment staff were but in the two days that I have been here I found that they were disengaged, almost bored with their jobs and just going through the motions. The one fellow who was in charge of archery, literally gave us the bows and arrows and walked off looking at his phone. No instructions at all. He was also in charge of towels, not friendly at all. The restaurant staff are amazing. No service around the pools/beach. You have to get your own drinks. Not a 5 star at all, but I am just happy for the sun and relaxation
