The hallways smell magical. The belly boys is the best. Singing with his ukulele so helpful taking all you luggage to your room to helping make unique travel plans to see the real Oahu.

I was in Honolulu for a friend’s wedding. Stayed at Queen Kapiolani hotel. Got a nice room overlooking the city. Close to the beach; the hotel gives you everything you need (towels, water, chairs, etc). They were super accommodating and allowed me to check in early and were super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The pool is small, but good, the business lounge area was great. It’s very close to the beach and everything in Waikiki is a walkable distance.

Feel a bit let down, my wife and I came here for our honeymoon all the way from the UK. I had contacted the hotel weeks in advance asking if we could have a room on a higher floor for some privacy and a good view. When we got to our room I found we were 2 floors above the pool with the sunloungers all literally facing the only window face on. The picture attached is taken from the pool loungers. Basically the only way to not be face to face with 10+ pool goers at all times is to have the blinds down at all times and at that point why did we pay for a view at all. We went down to reception to ask again if we could fix it but were told there was a room tommorow on a different floor but that we couldnt be told which one and that we'd have to check out at 11 and back in at 3. Overally quite frustrated to start our honeymoon like this, doesn't feel very special.

Great hotel/great views/great services!
The view from our room was unbelievable. One full window looked out over diamond head V🔥L C A N🔥 and another full window looked out over the beach. The pool area was serene with super comfortable cushioned chairs and overhead umbrellas. The hotel provided complimentary beach chairs and towels and the beach was one block away. The fitness center was well equipped and very clean. We loved the funky artwork throughout thee hotel. Our rooms were refreshed everyday. My husband and I spent 3 nights here and loved our time in this slice of paradise.
