    Beautiful family hotel in Chahué beach, Huatulco

    The hotel was beautiful, complete and in perfect shape, everything worked and the personnel was friendly. There was a large variation in food choice due to its various restaurants. The location at the end of a quiet beach was fantastic. The sea was a bit rough to swim with children, but playing at the surf or swimming in the pool area is still a great option.

    Transportation fraud

    Our overall stay was nice. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel doesn’t allow taxis, they provide their own transportation services but they want to charge 3x the average rate. We left this morning with 4 pieces of luggage they told us that we had to walk in the heat to Electra to catch a taxi, who knows where that is. I felt that they tried to trap us into paying their fee when they knew we had to get to the airport on time.

    Sun, sand and Huatulco !!

    We had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very attentive and professional at all times. Our room was clean and very inviting. We loved the decor, the potted tropical plant in our room. The bed was simply comfortable. The view from the beach and the pool is quite captivating and beautiful. Weather was amazing as usual with plenty of sunshine. We enjoyed dining at one of their restaurants at the resort; we didn't try all as we also ventured into town to eat (La Crucecita). This was a 20 minute walk from the hotel. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our walks on the sandy beach and to take in the relaxing atmosphere.
