Freddy is very reliable, he gave good service, always there when we need him, we didnt really have to tell him our needs, he would come even before we asked him for it. His service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Overall good service at this resort, cant complain. Foods and drinks are really good. No complaints. Employees arr very friendy and efficient.

Birthday vaca!
Freddy is an amazing server and never lets the cup run dry. I read some bad reviews online but my experience was great. Great staff, great food and a quiet room. The pool was closed for 1 day for cleaning and they sent us a bottle of champagne to ease the pain lol. Overall. Much better than expected. Yo recommends this hotel

Reef 28 - Rooftop fun!
Great boutique AI in downtown Playa. Rooftop pool and area is top notch, food overall was delicious.. and you can use the other two properties as well! (We did the beach club at Coco Beach and it was great). This might be our default Playa property going forward... The best spot for adults!
This was my 3rd time to the Reef 28, and the service is always beyond expectation. As an avid traveler, I have a pretty high standard of what good vs. great is. The Reef must treat their employees extremely well, because the service I receive here is always phenomenal. Food on the rooftop is wonderful, and a great variety, so you won’t be left wanting- regardless of what your craving is. But my biggest shout-out is to Freddy, he really provided great service while my friend and I were down this trip. Unbelievably attentive, professional, and anticipated our needs before we even realized them… amazing server, and a great spot to getaway from reality for an adult-friendly vacation.
