Sep 12, 2026Atlantis is turning into a Dump! 2 star hotel
extremely disappointed, Do not stay in room 8902. kitchen sink water cloudy. we were told we need to vacate the room for it to be repaired. washing dishes with cloudy water is disgusting. pull out sofa had old extremely thin mattress which you could feel the springs through they added a mattress topper which did nothing. the diswasher was broken and beeping all night. they repaired it. the toilet paper holder was broken and falling off the wall. ATLANTIS needs to do better. rooms need to be inspected before check in. we should have stayed at comfort suites for half the price.

Resort was clean. Amenities were all well maintained. Staff was friendly. Our 2BR suite was perfect for our family and had all of the necessities we needed.

Overall great! Room readiness delayed and no workers in the evening, but the beach was awesome and Starbucks was a bonus:).

Worse Stay, with Bug Bites, and worse experience, we paid high price for 0 star resort
We stayed here with our kids and unfortunately it was a disappointing and honestly concerning experience. When we checked in, the room was dirty. We had to call staff to come change all the bedding before we could even settle in. On top of that, the privacy window between the bathroom and the bedroom wouldn't close properly — a real problem when you're traveling with children. The bigger issue: we found bugs in the bed, and I was badly bitten. When we reported it, staff came and saw the bugs in the room themselves, and we showed them photos of the bite marks. Despite witnessing this firsthand, their official response after "investigating" was that they found no trace of bugs — and all we got was a generic "sorry for the inconvenience." Given the state of the room at check-in and how this was handled afterward, I would not stay here again, and I'd think twice about booking directly with this hotel. Book through a third party where you have more recourse if something goes wrong.

Great Resort just need to fine tune the sports book.
I was impressed by the facility and the overall resort. It is top notch. The food is pricey ,but good quality. The sports book missed the mark not have A better College football package we missed the first half of the game we bet on and wanted to watch because a baseball game had to finish. Doesn’t make sense , they could do better especially with so many people wanting to see the University of Miami game. ESPNC is tricky .
