With the opening of Chef Michael White’s coastal Italian restaurant Paranza at The Cove, Atlantis has become the only resort in the region with three Michelin star-rated chefs: Michael White (Paranza), Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu) and José Andrés (FISH by José Andrés).

Mar 14, 2025Beautiful views, average stay
The beach views were beautiful. Though it’s a busy place, we were always able to get good beach chairs and beach service. The Reef room was average. We had plumbing issues that were checked, but not resolved. Staff friendliness was hit or miss.

We had a great time on our honeymoon. Rooms at the Reef were spacious and clean. Staff was great and very informative. Meals at all the different restaurants were pricey but worth it. Overall area including water parks and pools were very clean and well kept. We felt very comfortable and safe walking throughout island weather it was day or night. we will definitely visit again.

Mar 09, 2025No real adult sections but one with limitations and room service is not in the same page.
Room service wasn’t the best. One day I ordered seltzer drinks one of each to try vodka and other rum on and another tequila one and another gin one. I went to order the next day they tell me they don’t have that. But i ordered through the qr code. Literally the day before. She kept telling me it’s not what they serve. But someone brought it ice for me lol. Then says only the list on the QR code is what they serve. Well it doesn’t show bottles of rum or vodka but I was told I can order that so I did which came with 4 chasers lol. She wasn’t the friendliest. Obviously something is off on the room service. Lack of adult areas is limited to really one area and that has massive limitations. Really not to thrilled with the full experience. Especially seeing I paid a fraction of a cost for my room at the reef opposed to my daughters room in the royal costing 3 times as much with basic holiday inn room style wish zero view but of bushes. For the cost of hers I’d expect something beyond what mine was and mine was nice.

Beautiful Resort with Expensive Restaurants.
The Reef is a very beautiful hotel with excellent pools and beaches. Hotel desk needs training. Atlantis is comprised of several hotels. Not all hotels have restaurants or stores. The Reef had just a Starbucks and a small convenience store. NO RESTAURANT. The nearby Cove had four restaurants, but a bit of a walk. All resort restaurants where very pricey and all cashless. Room service at the Reef was poor. We had baked pizzas one night and raw burgers another. The bargain places to eat are the snack shacks located at most hotel pools, beaches, and water park. The food and drink prices were very reasonable. The snack shack waiters and waitress's were vey nice and quick. Again it is all cashless.

Family get together
Lots to do and see for all three generations in the family (group of 10). Dinning was exceptional, with a wide range of dining options, from burgers and pizza to steak house, and other fine dining. We all said we will go back. Atlantis has set a high bar, it will be difficult to achieve elsewhere
