Dec 03, 2025WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
We stayed here in Aug of this year (Aug 4-9) for both of my daughters' birthdays. Everything was wonderful, and the resort staff went above and beyond to make the girls' birthdays fantastic! We opted for the VIP service and had a lovely room. They decorated the outside of the door with balloons, and the girls lit up when they saw it ! They also did wonderful additional things for the girls that made our stay exceptionally special. Gabriel at the concierge desk was so wonderful and helpful! The resort is beautiful, and the view from our room was breathtaking! Thank you so much, Krystal Grand, for making this a wonderful trip!

Great activities!
Urias was an amazing instructor for water aerobics!! He was hilarious and made sure we had a great time :) 10/10 would recommend

Nov 29, 2025Krystal is nice, but music is always TOO LOUD at night
We stayed at the Krystal recently, and while the stay was generally good, they really need to figure out how LOUD the music is throughout the resort is every night. Seems like they have outdoor dj, band, dance party or something every night till at least 10:00 p.m. and it resonates throughout the entire resort--we could even hear it in our room. Worst part is is only a few guests really even watching whatever entertainment is going on on a Tuesday nignt?!? Not sure why they feel the music needs to be so loud you can't even have a conversation with your spouse over dinner. Please managment, turn down the volume?!

Best Bartender at the Resort !
Pedro is an amazing bartender at the adults-only pool bar! His service is excellent and his drinks are some of the best I’ve ever had. He’s very professional, friendly, and funny, and he made our whole experience so much better. If you’re here, definitely look for Pedro — he’s the best!

Great bartender & swim up bar
Pedro was the best bartender here! We were here 6 nights and 5 days such a great swim up bar, and waitstaff here at the “Adults Only Pool”. Wonderful drinks and staff!
