When you arrive you will be overcome with timeshare sharks who promise you discounts to sit through 90 minute presentation…then be told that it was a lie and you you won’t get 60% off excursions as promised and since they let you have breakfast with them (which you don’t have a choice) you have to sit through a longer presentation. This was an aggressive tactic and thé ‘closer’ got angry when we continually said no. Also it is important to know that the hotel is right on a highway (equivalent to motel without sound proofing) and the traffic and garbage truck noise will be unbearable to sleep past 7 am. We stayed there 7 nights and were told there were no other room options unless we payed more - I felt trapped and saw other people upset and actually leave the hotel to try to find alternate hotel options. Family was continually disappointed with the blenders broken which limits tropical drinks options (around 90% of our stay) but we learned on the last day that if you bribe someone they magically appear. The pool is nice but the pool music is equivalent to a loud bar for 80% of the day which means it’s not relaxing…lastly you should know that if you want to escape the bar scene with drunk guests all around you (children witnessed people vomiting into garbage bags middle of the day), you won’t be able to go into the ocean as the currents are so strong there are warnings everywhere about fatalities. I will never book here again.

Luis Martinez our bell boy received us very friendly from the beginning until the end of our trip. We liked the food in the japanese restaurant in the evenings as well as the view to the beach. The rooms were big and clean though a little noisy..

What a great experience in the Krystal grand Los Cabos
Alfredo is the best bartender in the main bar he always sees his smiling on the property is so beautiful. The food is excellent and Alfredo makes some excellent drinks and you can have a great moment. If you stay in the lobby bar Mario Cortez in the concierge desk also has been very helpful he invite us to give our review about all the coworkers and we have to come back to Cabo very soon

Excellent
We went in the Crystal grand Los Cabos to enjoy our family vacation. We have had a great experience in this lovely place. All the people is so kind so friendly merely at the lobby bar is very kind and Mario Corte or chief concierge provide us the best suggestion, the best information to have more memorable or stay in Cabo. We have to come back and enjoy this beautiful place. Beach is amazing. Food is fantastic. The room is very clean with a very nice view. We would like to invite everybody to come and visit this beautiful property.

Roach infestation
Do not stay here! They have roaches and they will try to blame you for the 🪳. I let them know about the roaches and they sent house keeping to clean my room. She only made the bed, the dead roaches I killed with hair spray were still on the ground. They claimed they sprayed but then one ran across my night stand. They switched our room and it had roaches coming out the sink. I asked the manager for a partial refund and he said the best he could was offer me a 3 night stay for free that had to be used within one year. So I am disputing with my bank because no one should have to pay to sleep with the lights on in their suite so the roaches won’t get active in the dark while you sleep.
