    The best 40th bday ever

    Luis Cortes. From Expedia was the nicest person here at the resort . He helped extend my trip because I didn’t want to leave lol 😂 it’s beautiful here thanks again Krystal grand 😘😘😘

    Urias is Awesome excelliente! Doing our daily water aerobic Lots of 😁 fun definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend!

    You pay for what you get here...

    Well, it was one of the cheapest options for our trip and we certainly got the cheap experience. Every day had an issue between our all inclusive wrist bands being denied at the restaurants, getting locked out of room more than once, our safe didn't work, maintenance was seriously lacking and most of the staff was very dismissive and unhelpful. The buffet was not very good and the sushi was terrible but every other restaurant had pretty great food so that was nice. Ulises was our favorite poolside server and he took such great care of us, remembered our children and their names, and really went above and beyond for us every day. He really helped make our experience better.
