Regret staying here. Moldy bathroom. Slow service. Weak drinks. Bad food Refrigerator was never fully stocked. Our only experience with an all-inclusive and it was awful. Bad location, cheap feeling and boring. They also sold my info so now I constantly get phone calls for time shares and trip planing. Do better.

Our stay was from 3 Jan to 27 Jan 2026, we booked "Altitude" Ocean front king and on arrival at the property were quite impressed. Introduction to the various locations of the property was by Butler Paul - a most remarkable, customer oriented representative for the property. He is truly a credit to your organization. The king room was well appointed and met expectations as noted on website. The advertise benefits afforded "Altitude" members were as stated, and money well spent for the privileges. Paul made our reservations with no glitches, and kept us informed daily of items within the property - open restaurants, aquasize times, etc. etc. The a la carte Grill restaurant, afforded Altitude members was truly a bonus. The Captain Rosalba was a most gracious, pleasant, accommodating individual, and her coworkers Estafania, and Beatriz were above and beyond in the their customer service levels. All 3 individuals deserve kudos and a are a a credit to your organization. Julian and Pedro working the adult pool area are also worthy of recognition. Julian catered to our needs, suggesting tasty non-alcoholic drinks when deemed necessary as well as tasty other alcoholic mixes, getting food orders from Surfos, etc. Both he and Pedro were always at every ones beck and call, jovial prompt and immense pleasures to be able to have them cater to our needs. The specialty restaurants Asian, Risotto, Grill and Senses are wonderful. The Tappanyaki night at the Asian was a real benefit as well as the Ronquero (Tuna) night at the sky bar. The only sort of down side was the resort seems to be getting a little tired in respect to some maintenance. Umbrellas missing at adult pool, hand rails missing on stairs to Altitude Lounge and Montero (Mexican) Restaurant. It would have been nice if the Mexican restaurant had Enchiladas, and Burritos on the Menu. Julio and Orlando serving in the Asian Restaurant and Sky bar also deserve kudos for their attentiveness & professionalism. The adult pool was a nice touch and made our 2 week stay a relaxing and enjoyable time. The pool was theoretically heated and a couple of mornings it didn't seem so, but that may have been from excessive sun on my body from the day before - LOL Again, all in all a great time was had, and the "Altitude" was is bang for buck. Lobby was very friendly, helped accommodate our needs. Luis Martinez and Johnny in the lobby took care of our needs and helped make our trip extra memorable.
