Everyone in this hotel was super friendly and we had a beautiful experience in general in the island of Aruba. People are fantastic. Special thanks to Yakutia in the Aquarius restaurant. Fantastic and friendly service! FIVE STARS!

Seeing the flamingos was amazing, but stay somewhere else and get a day pass. Hotel has one restaurant and it’s outdoors so you’re attacked by the birds and it’s so hot. No a/c in the lobby also. So absolutely nowhere to cool off except in your room which is ridiculous. Would never stay here again. Staff were nice - Diana is lovely! But spotty housekeeping service. Hotel needs a major renovation. Definitely surprised at how underwhelmed we were by the whole experience. Stay elsewhere and get the day pass for the flamingos.

Relaxing stay in Aruba
We stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek for 5 nights in August. We had a great experience at check-in where they were able to accomodate our requests without any issues. We stayed at the Ocean Suites part that was family friendly, but were easily able to take a shuttle or walk between the 2 resorts. The hotel It has 2 pools and a lagoon to relax by. One of the pools has a swim up bar. We went to the adult side for one day and relaxed by the infinity pool there. There's also a boat near the hotel that you can take to flamingo island, their private island and we rented a cabana the one day we went there. We didn't do the all-inclusive, but we were always able to find food in the area as it's in the middle of town. We would eat breakfast at a spot called Santos every morning that was about a five minute walk. Overall, we had no issues and really enjoyed our stay at this resort.
