  Everything you need in a resort

  My only problem here was I didn’t stay long enough! I need at least 3-4 nights at this property the next time. The lobby was one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen in a while. It was high tide so I couldn’t experience the lobby boat ride. The infinity pool was beautiful and the temperature was perfect. The Starbucks on sight was very convenient also. This was my first time in Aruba but it definitely won’t be my last! The morning trip to Flamingo Beach was so worth it. There was plenty of lounging areas and I even got some videos of the flamingos. This is perfect for solo travel, couples, and families. My room was located in the adults only tower as was very clean and I loved the decor

  Love this Resort

  Great experience as always and a very special shout out to Rosy. The best server in the world. Always made breakfast a wonderful beginning to our day!!

  Best Hotel, best location, best staff!

  We chose this location due to the family friendly atmosphere. We were not disappointed by the bell man, the front desk, the waitresses and bartenders and even the housekeeper! Everyone treated us like legit royalty, like we were their most esteemed guests. I have to say that the housekeeper Maritza S. treated us with the utmost care, professionalism and genuine kindness. She earned all our respect when she won over our extremely shy daughter. She was extremely patient, kind and generous. I literally have tears in my eyes thinking about how sweet Ms. Maritza is and how much our daughter looked forward to seeing her every morning. The weather is perfect, lagoon is fantastic and the bartenders and waiters and pools are great but how can I say that we will be back because our HOUSEKEEPER was fantastic?!?! I worked in HR for 8 years prior to becoming a mom and I *know* good people, Maritza is extremely pleasant, cheerful, cleans thoroughly and is very humble. I would consider her a “unsung hero” because she’s the type of person that does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. I can’t tell you how enjoyable it is to come back to a spotless room, not having to clean up after myself and family and to enjoy all of my trip! This hotel is in the perfect, most convenient location and close to everything. Cleanliness, low noise and delicious food and drinks and the friendliness staff. I can’t wait to come back, I rate this location a 10/10!

  Johan was the best

  Johan at the bar was very nice. He answered all questions we had. He was very pleasant and was spot on with the drinks at the bar. If you’re going to Aruba and staying g at Renaissance Wind Creek ask for Johan!

  Quality Hospitality Service

  It is my 14th time to Aruba and 10 have been at the Renn. It is the people… we visit even when we do not stay on site. Our Happy place, a group of woman in our 50’s. When we arrive Linda greets us and makes us feel at home. Then Jacq, Carlos, they remember everything we like, and my son and my grandkids, and our returning friends.. They are the reason we bought, the the reason I bought. The reason so many of us return. Now we have met so many others Lizzette at island breakfast, the woman at Fresco in AM, Edward at LG’s, Carlos the valet full of life and Emma around the pool, “ hydrate, sunscreen. So many 1st class hospitality individuals., so keep these people , praise them please and Thank them and tell them thank you for the years of fabulous smiles, fun times and feelings of safety.. from all the Choppa’s.. They are why we love it here and return.
