Very nice resort. You get the spa vibe as soon as you get to the lobby. Very quiet, no party, or loud people. Rooms are beautiful and again spa like. Very friendly staff. Ricardo at the beach will take care of you and will welcome you personally every day. Mairene at the Prada bar is very sweet, welcoming ans makes a mean dry martini with Bombay gin. Resort is the middle of the Melia complexe. 15 min walk of the beach. Or 5 minutes by golf cart. They are always available at the lobby. Not a tons of chairs on the beach but we had no issue. You can eat at the beach. A lot of tables. Great choice on the menu for a beach restaurant. Food in restaurant is good. They should activate the options for reservation on their app. I have only a couple of negative comments. The only buffet is at the Prada. Very small, limited choice and mostly cold food. Yes cold. Entertainment is also limited. They should at least let you go the other Melias to see their shows. You still have access to the casino. But that's it. Overall perfect place to relax.

Very Nice place. Calm, différent but perfect to Just relax. Most People on the staff are really great. Ricardo at the beach was the Best. Beach was clean maireni in the parda bar just so sweet. . Really enjoy the vacation 5 stars. I hope to. Come again

Good and the drink were good. Ricardo was great at the beach club. Service was as over all good. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Loved the property and location but the food and service was a disaster; felt like the staff had no training whatsoever and were making things up as they go; looks like the staff work nonstop 2-3 weeks in a row with no time off and are friendly, but often times appear like they don't know what they are doing and take forever to get food and drinks; the buffet food was cold and even some of the food form restaurants came cold;

Choose a different resort.
Buyer beware. This resort provides little vacation. It's a job trying to manage your needs. Restaurant reservations are constantly cancelled. Buffet is lacking. Few food options when you can't get a reservation. There are only 2 restaurants for the entire resort. We have tried to get laundry for 2 days. It looks like we are going home in dirty clothes. Our travel agent had made requests for all 5 rooms to be near the 2 bedroom swim up suite. It took our friends 36 hours to actually get in the room they should have had. We have the email confirmation on room request from our travel agent. Beach only a few minutes away by golf cart, but no chairs. A day bed cabana is $100. Some of the staff are helpful and want to do a good job. Others won't even look at you There is basically no nightlife. If you go to bed after dinner then you might be fulfilled. The rooms are nice and when you call them to clean them housekeeping is pretty responsive. Room service takes hours and no condiments come with. Think quesadilla - plain. No salsa, nothing. You can definitely find better than this resort!
