An Amazing Stay Starts with Amazing People
The staff are truly amazing friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Mahya at the front desk goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to interact with. Charly, the housekeeper, made my stay especially comfortable by keeping my room spotless and welcoming. Coming back after a long day at work to the cleanest room and the warmest smiles made all the difference. Also, love the 24 hours gym.

Not the best customer service
I was very disappointed with my experience. One night I went to the lobby bar for a drink. The bartender continued to help people who were coming up to the bar after I had sat down without even acknowledging me so I finally left. I checked out early in the morning and when I asked for a receipt the night clerk was rude and simply said, "Can't, running reports". When I got my receipt emailed, I noticed it was missing a $20 credit for food and beverage each day I was told I would be receiving from the young lady who checked me in (she was nice). When I called and asked about it, the receptionist said it wasn't included in my rate and didn't honor what I was told. Overall, I was not impressed with the lack of hospitality.

In my opinion, this is Top hotel in Big Sky Montana.
A stunning setting for a beautiful hotel. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. The amenities from the pool to the workout area were exceptional. The rooms made us feel like we were in a top resort in Scottsdale. Beautiful, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was 1st class and continuously refreshed. Lots of choices and excellent quality.

2 night stay
We stayed here two nights. I had been emailing with the manager prior to our arrival Mandy, who was very helpful. I have gold status with Marriott and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The pool is outside and was great. The bar tender Edwin was arrogant and plain rude. We were also charged double for our drinks then the price that was listed on the menu. When we asked about this, he said the price on the money was wrong. I found this very odd.

Decent hotel but not the sky-high price and lose the resort fee
The positives: rooms were good size, decently appointed, comfortable, and quiet with great views. The location (walking distance to the entire town of Big Sky) is great. The included breakfast was solid. The negatives: at nearly $400/night, the price doesn’t come close to being appropriate for a hotel that is not a luxury property. Speaking of which, I’m okay with paying a “resort fee” at an actual resort. This hotel’s amenities were: a small outdoor pool and an inadequate gym (you need more than just dumbbells and two benches for strength training). That’s it. So what was the $20/night resort fee getting me - on top of the very high room rate? Finally, there was frequently no one at the front desk and only one person working at prime check-in time late Monday afternoon as a line snaked through the lobby.
