  Poor quality experienced

Small rooms, very limited soap and towels in rooms, small limited breakfast and dinner options and meals tasted basic. Dark mode of entire hotel decor and a bit dated. Pool not working and jacuzzi is small

Better come twice before write you a review...(that what I did)

Well, my first stay was great and I was up to write a 5 Star review as thats what my first stay was like – best in this price segment. However, I didnt found some time to write, so I'm here now again – checked in again just a week later. This time, the experience is far more average. When at first visit, the room was proper in shape and well maintencanced with a view on the pool, I was able to do a deeper view into the hotels performance. The room this time is small with garage view and the bathing room appears far more worn out. The faucet is missing the aerator...that this was never replaced is a symptom for bad management – when nobody is taking care for a 1-Dollar-item, how seriously will this hotel handle all the other tasks? Checkin was fast and professional as usual, however I'm not sure I paid one night twice (when booking and when checking in). The pool area is very nice but I discoverd the staff is concentrating on own topics, not an guests' well being. Because nobody cares if guests jump into the pool without having had a quick shower beforehand (what is super unhygienic and absolutely a no-go). What the staff cares, is that no private purchased items are consumed in the pool area. Thew breakfast is basic but nice, hygienic standards are here as well not monitored by any of the staff (guests refilling usued glasses, taking used plates to the buffet again, placing used glasses at the buffet). As a resume, well my first impression was too good to be reality. So it was a well circumstance that I came back to have another view.

  Average hotel, a bit noisy

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was a good size, with air-conditioning, but only single glazing so there was some street noise as well as some noise from the corridor. The room had a safe but no instructions so I had to get a member of hotel staff to show me how to use it. There's a limited range of breakfast options. The hotel is in a good location.
