A really enjoyable break
Arriving late after a delayed flight, we were met at check in by Andrew. He was absolutely charming, friendly and witty. When we entered our room and looked out over the balcony, we were 4th floor, right in the middle of viewing the two pools and also we could see the sea. Absolutely brilliant. Plenty of storage space, a fridge, Safe, chairs inside and on the balcony. You could not wish for more. Pools/Loungers - There are two lovely pools and at the perfect temperature. Around them are plenty of Sun loungers both in the sun (with parasol) and under cover. The hotel gives you pool towels that can be exchanged daily. Inflatables including balls in the pool are not allowed and staff quickly intervene. Food/Drink - Both breakfast and evening meal are buffet. Some food is cooked fresh whilst you wait and in the evening, fish is cooked in front of you and there is a carvery and grill. At a weekend with breakfast complimentary Cava was available. During the week there was a chocolate fountain on one particular day. All in all, plenty of choice. Locality - This is a Adults only hotel away from the busy centre of Costa Adeje. If you like lively hotels and areas, this would not be for you. For ourselves, it was perfect for a relaxing short break. At night there is evening entertainment until 22:30. In summary - Having stayed here several years before, we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We had no complaints and thank you again Andrew.

Gorgeous pools, tasty food, very relaxing.
Lovely hotel room and decent bathroom. Good view from the hotel room. Food was delicious with good choices every night and for breakfast. All felt very fresh and well cooked. Service was with a smile. Pools were gorgeous and I loved the sunbeds in the pool to lie on. Kept you so cool. A really lovely place.

Fabulous Relaxing Hotel but Little Atmosphere abd Few Facilities
Although this was a half board hotel, we love to get out and explore and enjoyed it being midway between the hustle bustle of the main prom of Costa Adeje one way and the beautiful coastal village of La Caleta the other way. Each just over 20 minutes walk along the coastal path. We love walking so it suited us but you can also hire e-scooters outside too using your mobile which were easy and fun but obviously not for everyone. El Duque, the most upmarket area of Adeje, was 5 mins away with fantastic restaurants but only 1 bar. Prices were upmarket too! The hotel is very good indeed. Our room was perfectly fine - I dont worry about small niggles although our bed was quite hard. There are 2 main pools opposite each other with plenty of sun beds, there was no problem getting one. However we spent most of our time at the hotel beach club, 5 mins walk away with 5 flights of steps and all downhill getting there (uphill heading back) but it is fully sanded, the loungers are better than main area at hotel and, again, no problem getting one. The infinity pool facing the sea was perfect for us as was swimming in the beautiful sea. It is black sand outside our hotel but a golden sand beach is 2 mins away if that is a preference. Thr grounds and area were always clean and very well kept. Breakfast and evening meals were perfectly fine with plenty of choice but I wouldnt describe it as the best we have experienced or near it. All staff we met all week were fantastic, engaging and always pleasant. The evening entertainment was excellent too, always a nusic act which included a really good ABBA tribute act and others playing classic songs by clsssic artists fron the 60's to recent times that we saw. Unfortunately as we arrived late Friday and stayed one week, we missed the weekly Friday party night so cannot comment on that. The spa room consusyed of a steam room and akthough advertised as a jacuzzi, it was effectively a small pool with bubbles and barely lukewarm. Not a jacuzzi at all in my opinion. The gym was reasonably equipped. However what disappointed us - but which may be wekcome to others - is evening music act apart, nothing happens at all there. No background music, no poolside music, no daytime activities, no build up to the evening entertainment act and once they finish around 1030pm, nothing whatsover, just about everyone disappears. There is not even a hotel shop to get water, snacks etc and the bars do not offer any snacks at all either exceot for peanuts if you ask or ice cream lollies. In other words, you cannot get buy food at the hotel between breskfast and evening meal which felt bizarre. The hotel is missing a trick in our view. A shop is over the road as well as a bar with a bit more life. We therefore went out more than we planned daytime and evening but love Adeje. Nobody wants loud music or anything madcap but to have nothing at all did mean it had little or no atmosphere. One tip - no need to take shampoo, conditioner, it is high quality in the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone just seeking a rekaxing break as we did this time. We are unlikely to return however for reasons mentioned.

1st.class.
We have just returned from the arecas, aug 2026 ,we returned to the hotel where we also stayed in 2025, the hotel is very clean the staff are all great ,the food was fine ,a good variation ,it is our intention to return 2027, Two small issues though, one was in the restaurant, a member of our party slipped on a piece of melon someone had dropped and was to lazy to lift it she hurted her knee but got up quickly due to feeling embarresed in front of the other guests the staff did help her it was not the fault of the staff that someone dropped the piece of food but it did result in a swollen knee, the other issue we had when we checked out we were given a bill of 9.50 Euro for a glass of wine and a beer which we did not purchase as all of our drinks in the bar were paid by cash and none of our party drank wine, we pointed this mistake out to reception and our 9.50 Euro was returned but overall I would recommend this hotel it ticks all the boxes for us

Super experience once again
Second time at this hotel adults only. First thing that hits you is the friendliness of staff. Feels like you’ve come to a much smaller family home. Food has improved over the past year and if you like fresh fish and seafood particularly Wednesday and Thursday then you’re in for a treat. Always cleaning hotel is spotless. Visit La Caleta 20 min walk up the coast. There is a lack of bars for a drink, but if you go left back towards Del duque area couple down there nice and chilled. All in all lovely place and we will return. Special mention in the bar area for Wilson Franco and Salvo. Andrew and Ivan on reception and Joaquim in the restaurant all a credit to this hotel.
